An exceptionally luxurious hotel with beautiful surroundings in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully decorated hotel interiors in an Arabic style. Highly recommended!

第一次住一家酒店感覺是買了個牌子，希爾頓旗下的華爾道夫，説實話明明是共享資源希爾頓那邊價格更便宜，當然理解品牌定位可能就是高一級。但是服務並沒有跟上啊，入住基本就見到了三位工作人員，沒有人幫忙拉行李，入住也就一個懶洋洋的前台，還有一個很不得了的非洲門僮，因為去游泳SpA層需要他的卡，他還會拿着權限質疑一下客人。總體來説無服務可言，也有可能是這個就是超奢高冷定位。第一次遇見2000➕不含早餐的酒店，要吃早餐還得去希爾頓那邊。整體感覺住了個寂寞，如果一定追求地理位置那旁邊希爾頓便宜一半也能享受，關鍵人樓下就有buffet。為華而不實買一次單

First time visiting Jeddah, certainly won't be our last. Busy place but unbelievably peaceful at the same time. Boasts the tallest fountain in the world, all lit up at dusk, really impressive. Watched the fishermen on the pier, over crystal clear Red Sea. Lots of luxury hotels to choose from at reasonable priced. Restaurants galore

Stayed at WA Qasr Al Sharq for a short business trip. The hotel is fantastic, very well appointed and maintained. The personnel is professional, attentive and discrete in the same time. A special mention for Jonathan, the butler assigned to my suite, and Abdullah from front desk who swiftly made some arrangements for my early departure. Highly recommended!

By far the most luxurious hotel on the corniche and town. Opulent and luxurious on all levels with personalised service and efficient staff. The team was at all times friendly, helpful and forthcoming. There is a good selection of restaurants available.

This hotel is billed as 5 star and did not disappoint. From start to finish, could not fault our 2 night stay. Staff: polite, attentive, excellent customer service from all Room: clean, very comfortable. Luxurious furnishings and soft furnishings. OSN TV channels. Luxury complimentary toiletries. Lovely bath and separate shower. Most comfortable bed ever - slept like a baby! Room service: Although expensive, quality of food excellent Location: right on Jeddah waterfront Parking: free and plentiful Would definitely return
