My experience was just so-so. While the staff was friendly and the location had potential, there were a few significant downsides.
One of the main issues was the noise from the construction next door. It was quite disruptive, making it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. I understand that renovations are sometimes necessary, but it would have been nice to be informed about this in advance.
Additionally, I was disappointed that my room was never cleaned during my stay. I expected at least basic housekeeping services, but that didn’t happen, which made my experience less enjoyable.
The room itself was adequate, but nothing special. Overall, I expected more for the price. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, you might want to consider other options until the construction is complete.

Second time staying here, the location is very good, mainly close to Chinese restaurants, a five-minute walk. Everything is good, but there is construction outside the window. A large car came at two in the morning, making a huge noise and affecting my sleep. I hope this won't happen again next time.

I booked 3 nights. The first night was crazy. The DJ in the hotel lobby played until 2am. I had to remind them n times before it stopped. There was also a party in the room next to me. I didn't sleep all night. The hotel refused to refund me for the other 2 nights. Fortunately, Ctrip refunded me the money for the last 2 nights.
I will never stay at this local hotel again.
