Casa Di Ora Al-Rawda

⭐ A disappointing experience at a luxurious hotel, but with poor management ⭐ Despite the hotel's luxury and beautiful design, my experience at Casa de Ouray Hotel - Al Rawda was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was delayed for more than half an hour, then had to change rooms twice due to air conditioning problems. This caused me to waste my entire first day moving between rooms and having a maintenance employee try to fix the air conditioning, even though they knew it was broken. 😅 I was accommodated on the second floor, even though the reception and maintenance staff knew the air conditioning was broken and the entire floor was unavailable for occupancy. 🤔🤔🤔 The insulation is very poor, and the service lacks professionalism and honesty. The hotel is new and looks upscale, but the management is poor and their treatment of guests is unprofessional. ❌ I do not recommend staying there at all ❌
