The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

The bed in the room is very, very small, much smaller than the single bed in Dammam Riyadh.
The room always has a musty smell, and the smell can't be dissipated. The window is very small, not the window shown by the seller at all, and the window can't be opened. The room is very depressing.
There was no hot water in the bathroom during the days I stayed there. I changed the room and asked someone to repair it several times. The experience was very bad.
I am impressed by the staff in the hotel. It's hard to describe...
Compared with holiday inns in other cities, it's too bad.
I won't stay in this hotel anymore. Avoid it.

Very bad, the windows can't be opened and there is no ventilation. The location is very remote. Although it is close to the sea, it is close to the wild beach. There is nothing around, and it is not convenient to eat. It is far from the airport and the seaside road.
