New room with clean room, bed, & aminities and also fully support front office staffs

Door cant be locked, electricity goes off, hot water doesn’t work. Bed is never cleaned, it’s one of the worst places to ever stay in Jeddah.

The owner and hotel employees were kind, and the bath towels were changed every day and they even lent me a washing machine. It was a near perfect satisfaction level.

The hotel overall feels good. You can choose rooms on site. Some rooms have no windows, but you can request them. It takes 30 minutes to wait for hot water, which is troublesome.

It was nice that the facility was very spacious. The owner was easy to talk to and we had a great time.

The place is very bad, the mattress is very dirty, it has been used and has not been washed. Come to the bathroom and it is very dirty and you are in dignity with all transparency, even the urine of the previous tenant is left in it, and the smell is another story. Advice: If you are girls alone, do not think about going there once. The place is not useful at all. It is not comfortable. I think it is useful for singles only.
