The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice day for the rest and the quiet hotel was a great cool, and I'm always going down in it, and the breakfasts are delicious and the rooms are great and very clean, and the hotel is quiet near the sea, the fountain of grandmother and Palestine Street, the walk, and there are also a lot of nearby restaurants and very wonderful restaurants.

I must commend the hotel for maintaining the highest standards of service over the many years (20) I have been staying there on business. Amazing gym with all the equipment you need with a nice city view the membership is 2500SR/year if you want to pay monthly and 2000SR if you pay 6 months in advance I recommend it 100% nice staff with an amazing smile always.

I am staying at Carawan Hotel Jeddah since 8 days and have a reservation for another 4 nights Yesterday I found couple of small cockroaches in the room and complained about them to the receptionist and he started smiling as if this a a normal thing for him and promised me to change the rooms within no time Nothing happened and I went out and came late Today again I found cockroaches crawling on the bed and went down to the reception immediately and again he promised to change in half an hour Waiting for an hour I went down and was told that the “labours” are on break and will be back after half an hour I asked him to connect me to the manager and he refused to give me his no and upon my insistence he called him and His excellently the manager refused to speak with me and I was told to go back to the room and wait I am also refused refund as this is a prepaid online reservation house keeping is on ”request” and not on daily basis

NNurhidayahThe best hotel u can find around here. Its new and super clean. Even though its a boutique hotel but its way much better then paying for an expensive hotels with outdated interior. Definitely worth the price and location is nearby to corniche and other places by driving. Next to it is such a convenient panda hypermart. Definitely the best option around here. And its big!

GGuest UserI stayed for 4 days in this hotel as part of quarantine package in the month of feb 22. Amazing room with all digital controlled circuits be it curtains, room lighting, cooling system. Beautiful decorated spacious rooms. Food was better than expected. Being vegetarian, I know my options were going to be very limited but chef really helped me by making veg pastas and falafel sandwich etc. I would like to stay here again, for sure not under quarantine package, to explore more on the available facilities. Here I would like to give special thanks to the reception team (sorry I forgot the name of the lady and the guy on the reception ) who were always ready to helped me and assist at each and every steps during quarantine. A will surely stay again in this hotel.

GGuest UserEveryone I encountered were eager to support. The rooms are specious and well equipped, but a bit warm, seems there is an issue with the AC system. Food was much beyond my expectations. Special thanks to Abdulaziz from the front desk and Muhammad from F&B team.

MMelindaThe rooms are exactly how is on the picture.Only what I didn't like that when we entered in the room had a little musty smell,but after we opened the window it was okay.There is nice cosy coffe shop onthe ground floor.Restaurants nearby the hotel.There was only 1 set of towel for 5 person but then we requested and they gave to us.The staff is nice,helpful.It is half an hour drive for main tourist attractions (for each place).I would recommend for those who want a stay within budget.

BBinteSpacious room, well decorated furnishing giving the room a cozy feel. The bed is comfortable. Furnitures are complete with amenities in the room. Everything is good and as expected except that the carpet and curtains need to be cleaned/replaced.
Hotel does not have breakfast but there are shops and supermarkets within walking distance from the hotel so food is not an issue.
Not all hotel staff speaks English but there is someone there who can assist.

GGuest UserIt isn't mentioned on the airport website yet but I noticed it on another trip. I passed during a long evening/night stopover. Room taken after landing, I don't think there is a need for a reservation. Price 150 euros per room (the rate changes based on the length of stay). Clean, spartan but comfortable room, there were 3 of us, courtesy slippers only for one person, noisy air recirculation and no possibility of turning it off, but really comfortable. Deboard the plane and go directly to Terminal 1.
