The room was very cost-effective. I just met the boss on the day of check-in. The boss was very good. I booked a total of 3 rooms. Two of them were replaced with family suites. The price did not increase. The same price for continued stay. I will book this hotel next time I go to Jeddah.

The location is good, next to the sea fountain, few people, good environment, close to the supermarket, the price is not expensive. The price is very high, the front desk staff is good, looking for a taxi, cheap, service is OK, next time I come to live here!

It was a very nice day for the rest and the quiet hotel was a great cool, and I'm always going down in it, and the breakfasts are delicious and the rooms are great and very clean, and the hotel is quiet near the sea, the fountain of grandmother and Palestine Street, the walk, and there are also a lot of nearby restaurants and very wonderful restaurants.

I must commend the hotel for maintaining the highest standards of service over the many years (20) I have been staying there on business. A lot of this is down to the dedication and attention to detail provided by the staff - especially those who have loyally worked in the hotel for years. Everything was good, staff very competetive and polite, room very spacious and clean ( except windows cause of desert rain) breakfast ok....The only negative thing is the location as the hotel is on a busy crossing main roads and the GPS had a hard time to guide me to the hotel, otherwise and generally speaking I give it 4 stars...

A fantastic hotel close to the international airport! Excellent service and food. Clean room; the room that I stayed in was immaculate. The staff are polite and friendly. NNurhidayahThe best hotel u can find around here. Its new and super clean. Even though its a boutique hotel but its way much better then paying for an expensive hotels with outdated interior. Definitely worth the price and location is nearby to corniche and other places by driving. Next to it is such a convenient panda hypermart. Definitely the best option around here. And its big!

GGuest UserI stayed for 4 days in this hotel as part of quarantine package in the month of feb 22. Amazing room with all digital controlled circuits be it curtains, room lighting, cooling system. Beautiful decorated spacious rooms. Food was better than expected. Being vegetarian, I know my options were going to be very limited but chef really helped me by making veg pastas and falafel sandwich etc. I would like to stay here again, for sure not under quarantine package, to explore more on the available facilities. Here I would like to give special thanks to the reception team (sorry I forgot the name of the lady and the guy on the reception ) who were always ready to helped me and assist at each and every steps during quarantine. A will surely stay again in this hotel.

The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

GGuest User1. I had european devices. No converters were available . This was my 3rd hotel in ksa and the onlz one that didnt have converter. The reception tried to work the problem out, sent me a technician who made a temp solition for one device but honesyly this was so bad . Not having converter 2. While being out i tried to contact the reception many times as i needed to ask about atms around . It was after midnight, 5 times i called and nobodz replied 3. The hotel is very far away from jeddah center 4. Room is cold even though weather is hot and ac i turned off. 5. I went to 3 hotels as said in 10 days in ksa, this is the least i enjoyed. 6. I honestly wouldnt consider coming ti this hotel again although the staff are so friendly but i had the impression that when i needed support , nothing happened . But the people's attitude was friendly to be honest but at the end of the day i wouldnt come again

RRAJASEKARKThis is indian owned oberai group having it's presence in Jeddah. Choose this being an Indian hotel so easy to get Indian food. The property is slightly away from other main hotels in town. Not a great entrance to attract you with. Lobby on first floor. Impressed with the front desk who kept everything ready for me to check in at 4 in the morning. Loved the breakfast with indian poori, dosa and chutnies. Decent price. Good service The property is old but remember you will end up seeing same even in other branded ones. Strongly advised for Indians. Clean rooms. Ironboard available.

BBinteSpacious room, well decorated furnishing giving the room a cozy feel. The bed is comfortable. Furnitures are complete with amenities in the room. Everything is good and as expected except that the carpet and curtains need to be cleaned/replaced.
Hotel does not have breakfast but there are shops and supermarkets within walking distance from the hotel so food is not an issue.
Not all hotel staff speaks English but there is someone there who can assist.

GGuest UserIt isn't mentioned on the airport website yet but I noticed it on another trip. I passed during a long evening/night stopover. Room taken after landing, I don't think there is a need for a reservation. Price 150 euros per room (the rate changes based on the length of stay). Clean, spartan but comfortable room, there were 3 of us, courtesy slippers only for one person, noisy air recirculation and no possibility of turning it off, but really comfortable. Deboard the plane and go directly to Terminal 1.
