Well when we entered the hotel we met a receptionist and he treated us really well and also made sure that we didn't have any issues on our stay.The facilities in this hotel was amazing.also if you don't see much things to do in this hotel than you can also go to their sister hotel for having fun and they will provide you the transportation from the hotel itself.and the food was just amazing. A lot of options! And the sleep I got in the hotel rooms bed was just amazing 😍.love it! Hope to visit there once more soon.cleanlines is also 👍.

Friendly and helpful staff, the let us do late check-out AC in the room is split units not central you have to adjust to your liking

Very nice, the environment is very good, the resort hotel. But the location is really remote and there is nothing around. However, the hotel has its own beach, which is not bad, and there are other hotels nearby, so there are several options for eating. There is also a Korean restaurant next to it, mainly to provide services for the nuclear power plant built by the Koreans nearby, and the food is good.

Fo my experiences very nice nothing more than all the continue for more guest arrive, 1) suggest for food need to improve the Filipino Once again i can recommend the place beach big parking most importances liquored in a cheap amount best for me

Everything was excelent, the staff is very attentive. Especial thanks Mr. Shadi and also to Mr. Sadik, Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Mallesham for the extra care and going the extra mile for us. We have spent an amazing weekend by the beach kite surfing with our friends and we had an amazing time. Definitely we will be back

Away from the city, peaceful location, nice sea view, mind and body refreshed. It was an unexpected trip but beautiful place to see, especially Jabel Al Dhannah Beach and nearby locations.

Dinner should be improve We decided to go outside the hotel and eaten KFC My suggestion to add barbeque and a roster

Honestly...I checked in at 12 and did not go to the room and went to the beach. Came back at 5 and checked out at 515pm. Reason? 3 dead cockroaches in the room, I mean if you cannot even check a room before you give it then why are you operating? What a waste of money for me.

Comfortable well appointed rooms. Nice pool but pool surroundings and bar needs improvement. Decent buffet breakfast. Needs COVERED parking!
