Very nice hotel, location in the middle of jazan close to starbucks and al hukair restaurants in addition to al baik. Staff well trained and hospitable, clean room and everything works. Gym is causy and trendy. The garden outside is very well treated. Buffet breakfast is amazing. Well done

فندق عقيم جدا...لا خدمات لا أداره...موظف الإستقبال يتحرش ب النظر والقول...وعند تهديد هذا الشخص ب الإدارة قال مديرنا.......كلمه قذره..... خساره بجد موقع وبناء ل مدير غبي وخدمه إستقبال معفنه ومدير خدمه عملاء حقير بيوزع الرجاله وين.......

من تجربتي للفندق اكثر من مره يوجد موظف اسمه عبدالعزيز قحل والله العظيم لفيت العالم ماشفت انسان في استقبال فندق يعامل الزباين زي عبدالعزيز قحل تطاول عليه بوجود مدير الفندق بسبب موقف السياره تافه وانا ماسك اعصابي احتراما لقانون المملكة وآخرها يقلي اتوكل على الله يالله من هنا.. هذا وانا واخد جناح وغرفه بفلوسي ماهوه بلاش منهم لكن الغلط على مدير الفندق بدون شخصيه أيلي ابراهيم.... تم تسجيل الدخول اذان الظهر وعملت خروج اذان المغرب للأسف المدير عديم الشخصيه والموظف العربجي عملو خروج ولا اعتذروا ولا حاولو حتى التاسف ندمان خسران ١٢٠٠ بدون اي فائدة.... الشي المهم الفندق من بره فخم من الداخل الغرف ضيقه قبضات الحمامات تطير في ايدك الحمامات ريحه غريبه لايوجد مغسله ملابس تم سؤال مدير خدمة العملاء مصري الجنسيه عن النادي الصحي والمسبح قال بكل وقاحه قال مغلقه للصيانه كم يوم وبعد ساعه بشوف ناس تخش وبسئل العامل هندي قال مفتوح مفيش صيانه ابدا
