Plugs of room wasn't working, toilet seat was broken and unusable. Room was is terrible condition, most important thing was power back up. There's no power whole night, you can't even put a power backup while charging 4000 a day, then you are clearly robbing the customers.

Food and rooms are excellent.. well staff specially reception and food service .. house keeping is also very nice .. Air conditioner is also very effective .. parking and security is also very nice .. dinning hall is also very good .. keep it up

Good job for clean and food Parntu har kam ko bol kar kerwana pedta h Kam to sab ho jata h Agar bolne se pahle ho to aapki service or bhi achhi ho jayegi Isliye guest ke room check-in se leker check-out tak apni service ko is perkar karo ki us guest ko kuchh bhi na khna pade Apne aap sab kuchh time per ho Jaye .......Hare krishna....😊😊😊😊

Jab aap family ke sath rat ko 12 baje so rhea ho to k oi bhi hotel ka staff master key se room open karke andar andar aa jata h ye kaya family ke his-ab se u chit hai. Isliye me is hotel me family ko stay ke lye salah dena chahta thanks

It is a good hotel for comfortable stay at govardhan. Rooms are spacious and with natural light. Food is good and hospitality of staff is also good. Location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to bus stand and parikrama marg is within a km distance. Cleanlinsss of the rooms require attention of the hotel management.

It was just ok to stay @ wings-ton a tree house hotel @ govardhan the location is ok and is in vicinity of all religious places the food too is ok too the hygiene standards need improvements the food was ok with limited choices
