The place is comfortable, safe, clean, hygienic, friendly service, aesthetic, good job

stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

This hotel has great potential to be a highly recommended hotel, but fell short on few crucial things. The location is great, good looking exterior, and the room is well designed too! But unfortunately seems this hotel is not well maintained. Maybe because of COVID. But should not be an excuse, tho. Let start with some positives: 1. Room is spacious, good looking design 2. Great location 3. Nice exterior design 4. Decent food During our stay, we found several issues: 1. The room wasn’t exactly the best smelling room we’ve been. Moreover, definitely need so many cleaning such as on the curtain and the bed headboard. 2. The restaurant only open until around 8. We could not even get a plate and a set of cutlery at night. 3. The pillows are rather bad for a 3-star hotel. 4. the wi-fi is terrible. Disconnected every 5 minutes with bare minimum speed. 5. The receptionist wasn’t exactly at their post everytime (sometimes no one is there) This hotel shows sign of its glory years but obviously the COVID didn’t help in its maintenance and management. Not sure whether we would be back here again, but if something drastic is done, we would love to stay here again.

This hotel has the youngsters vibe, modern and industrial interior. Breakfast spread was excellent, love the nasi goreng bali. Location is ideal, near malls and not too busy street. Only issue was there was an unpleasant smell from the toilet pipes in the room. Perhaps the hotel can put in more air fresheners to musk the smell. Overall a good stay.

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. The room is clean, good, the price is really cheap, given an ok view, but it's a shame the hot water doesn't work

A while ago, I had the opportunity to visit one of the hotels that were located in Otista area, exactly the Otto Iskandar Dinata 1 street. Looking at the architecture of this hotel for the first time, the taste of heritage and colonial touch still remains sticky. The white dominance and its breadth unparalleled with most hotels makes visitors feel the other side that the Vue Palace Hotel offered. Entering the quiet and warm lobby, the elegant but simple interior makes visitors feel at home. To the next floor we can use the elevator or marble staircase that made a plank so it doesn't make the legs a little sluggish even riding a dozen steps. The pool facilities at Vue Palace Hotel are not so large but it is certain to enjoy with family because of its openness to nature. Besides the toilet facilities are quite good, dear when I visit the tissu was indeed absent. While the Mushola is on the basement floor and still needs touching because there is no muken available for women who happen to not bring mukena. At the Vue Palace Resto, Indonesian food is quite varied, such as soto, bakso and various kinds of porridge. Vue Palace Hotel can be one of the options for budget accommodations because its location is not far from Bandung New Market city shopping center.
