Whew, what a stench & too bright to sleep well.
The hallway upstairs has the worst stench. It was terrible, so bad you dreaded leaving the room.
We slept on the side looking out to the front parking lot. The curtains, or the way the are installed are not darkening at all. Felt like I was sleeping in a prison yard, and spotlights were being shined on me. We got VERY little sleep do to how bright the room was.

Nice hotel to stay..!
The Staff were very Nice and helpful.
The Rooms were cleaned and spacious.
The breakfast had enough choice for us being vegetarian.
Request to consider to include Gelatin free yogurt in place of what currently had.

Nice and Helpful Staff and Management.
We stayed here while on the way from Toronto to Dallas.
The Staff and the Owners were really helpful.
Rooms were cleaned and properly equipped.
Will like to stay here and recommend this for others as well.

The rating was because the internet/cable tv service was out all evening. Good thing i had a book. Had to finish check in in the morning as they had not service.

Can Do Better
Stayed here a lot but this time by far the worst stay. No shower curtain in both rooms rented. Lacked in cleanliness in rooms and common places.

No shower curtain, barely functional AC/heat, and loud banging late into the night. The carpet was disgusting and slightly wet, I had to wear flip flops in my room. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had.

So nice, so clean, and quiet. Good breakfast as well. It is hard to find a very nice and clean hotel like this at the price. Great value!!!
