Greetings,
I booked a hotel in Bahrain (Nordic gardens) through ur service under booking no. (***********).
When I arrived the room was uncleaned ,unmaintained will ,the pool was dirty and room not as described.
I called your support next day and explained what happened with hotel which they requested more payment for same room and also not maintained well but better than the first one but I refused to pay,ur customer support called me back to go hotel reservation to change the room as agree with u.
When I go to them first they said the responsible person was not available next they said they did not have a room and they making excuses for not changing.
Next day I was leave around 3 PM and request room service to clean , when I arrived at 12AM after 9 hours nothing changed I get very upset and they make excuses again.
I did not know this the experience u want ur customer face it?!!
