It’s old and musty, first floor is actually below the parking lot or “garden level” which I don’t think is safe. But the real problem is the management. I stayed for a long weekend and they double charged me for no showing on a second reservation. While I was staying with me. The manager wouldn’t speak directly with me at all, it took me calling 20 times a day for 5 days straight before I could even get someone to answer to resolve the issue. And they still charged me $35 in cancellation Fees for a reservation I didn’t make. I was already staying with them, and not one employee or manager thought to check if there was some kind of mistake. I called Wyndham corporate and they only had proof of my original reservations, so how did this second one get made? I didn’t make it but they still charged me and i had to really fight to get even a Portion of my money back. They refuse a total refund because I no showed. I was already there, I didn’t make a duplicate reservation, how could i have possibly cancelled a reservation I didn’t Know existed? Terrible service and a shady manger. They also own the quality inn in Janesville, so I wouldn’t stay there either. I’d sooner sleep in my car, cheaper, cleaner, and safer.

Clean & comfortable rooms that staff worked hard to have ready for our group's early-check in. Staff also helped me print boarding passes as the printer in the business center wasn't cooperating -- so appreciated because I could not rely on the mobile app. Had never heard of Cobblestone Hotels before, but if they are all like this one, I would definitely stay again should I come across one in our travels.

I had a terrific stay in this hotel. From the time we checked in the staff was friendly and helpful providing us with cookies and waters. Our room was very spacious and clean and our beds were comfy and clean and the aircondioner was nice and cold. The gym in this hotel wad awesome it was loaded with dumbells a machine, treadmill and a bike. After a killer workout I took swim innthe pool which was warm and clean. For breakfast I had some eggs and a homemade waffle. They had a awesome selection of things to chose from, including cereal, bagels, toast and oatmeal. The hotel was right of the highway which made shopping and fast food easy. I will definitely be back here again!

We stayed two nights, 3:people in a one bedroom suite with sofa bed in main area. Small but adequate and well organized. Modern, very clean. Desk staff was friendly. Quiet. Windows open a few inches, which we really like.Morning breakfast was better than most hotels of this class. A few tables outside can be used for eating. Fitness center was fine, no broken equipment! We would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.,

The front desk guy, Julius, was very polite and friendly. The room was clean. The bedding was clean. The bed was very firm. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The a/c worked but the temperature didn’t seem to sync up with the number so we had to mess with that a little to get our desired temp. Very basic room. Coffee provided in a common area in the mornings. I’d be ok staying here again as long as I had my husband with me. I probably wouldn’t feel comfortable staying here by myself because it’s a motel and all room entrances are on the outside. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
