Old hotel, that should be shown as 4* but 3*, all inclusive has an empty mini bar, no welcome drink, no bathrobe, nothing. Lack of AC in the room. No iron. The pool towels we received were dirty and destroyed, and they didn't want to change them. Food was not the best, Atlantis restaurant wasn't a good one, but Tapas bar was exceptional. Overall, it is 3*, and all inclusive isn't worth this price. You want all Inclusive? Better change hotel. We're truly disappointed as being many times in IHG and Iberostar in other cities/islands. Only this was a huge disappointment.

My family and I (including a 14 yr old and a 17 year old) stayed for a week during the summer holidays. The hotel, the staff, the food and drink, amenities and location were all 100% perfect for us. On previous visits to the island, we’ve stayed in Corralejo in the North. Whilst we love the town of Corralejo and its rustic fishing village charm, the sea along where the dunes are can be notoriously rough. We found the beach in Jandia to be as stunningly beautiful and the sea to be more tame. We walked down to the fishing village of Morro Jable a couple of times. It’s stunning. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all of the food was delicious and freshly prepared. The poolside vibe was quite chilled and relaxed but there was enough going on to keep everyone entertained. Evenings were mainly kept low key but there were a few party nights thrown into the mix too! Am absolutely wonderful, memorable and enjoyable holiday! 10/10!

We all got our wish . I'm a foodie and food was excellent with loads of choices especially my favourite seafood . Twelve year old wanted entertainment and he was kept busy most of the day by excellent entertainment team who put in 100 percent. Football on the beach water polo and activities and shows in evening. That with ice cream and snacks during the day made third wish of peace and quiet for partner come true. Cannot fault in any way . When looking at future holidays will be looking at the iberostar hotels.

Wow! What more is there to say? From start to finish, our holiday was superb at this hotel. The rooms, although a little dated, were clean and comfortable and had amazing views over the pool and down to the beach. The staff! Truly wonderful. From the team on reception, to the chefs and waiters in the many dining locations, to the incredible animation team - every single one had a smile on their face and a wonderfully warm welcome. Our room was cleaned daily by Renata and we often had little gifts left for us. The food was amazing - so much choice it was hard not to over-indulge. There is definitely something for everyone and often themed nights/dishes on offer. The pool area was fantastic. Yes, sunbeds in the popular spots (next to the pools) were often reserved by 8AM, but we always managed to find sunbeds on the main terrace, except when it was closed on a very windy day. However, the staff were very quick to help us find space elsewhere and move sunbeds for us - spot on! Would I recommend this hotel to others? Without a doubt? Would I return? Absolutely!

we stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. they greeted us kindly at the reception and took our luggage and brought it to our room. the room was very clean and tidy, they cleaned it every day and all praise for the cleaners. breakfast was excellent as well as lunch and dinner... also the restaurant by the pool too.. we spent the afternoon in the Tapas bar which surprised us a lot there was a very professional and excellent waiter Alfredo who always served us nicely. pools and sun loungers all praise.. and especially praise for the Animators ( Matias , Judith, Nerea , Lucia , Stan ...) you have to try everything the hotel offers.. we look forward to coming back.. we also had a problem with transportation to the airport.. but the hotel solved it very quickly and helped us..

We arrived here as a group of 9 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 8 years old. Overall we have had a lovely 9 nights at this Hotel. We had a private transfer from the airport which took an hour . 1) Food is excellent. The buffet restaurant provides a fantastic breakfast choice and the best omelettes from Bruno. Lunch and Dinner also a wide variety of wonderful choices and included fish, shell on prawns. Etc. The branded drinks are good and we had Moët and Chandon champagne and Prosecco brought round by staff on a couple of evenings . We ate lunch in the Oasis bar some days which is ideal situated next to the pools . We tried the tapas bar one evening but this was not for us . We enjoyed the Coronas bar upstairs over looking the pools ,however the drinks tended to be “flat“ The tonic water needs ideally to be provided in separate bottles perhaps ? The coke was also flat ! So we were disappointed with our Gin and tonics We also liked the ice creams brought round poolside on a few occasions . 2) The access to the beach takes 5 minutes to walk down to 4 flights stairs . Perhaps a lift would be helpful ?? Beautiful beach . Quite windy while we were there so quite a rough sea . 3) The entertainment team were very friendly and worked hard . We enjoyed an amazing magic show and watched some of the shows. We did not use the Kids club . My negative is that the App we used for the daily activities did not always tally with what was said on the display boards at the Hotel so we got conflicting times and activities . This needs addressing. The magic show was listed as an acrobatics show‍♀️ 4) The bedrooms were light and airy and a good size and good balcony . Cleaned daily and we found the beds comfortable. Air con ok . The shower is over a bath so I asked for a bath mat for fear of slipping as stepping in to the bath . Ideally updated to showers only ? The towels were also very poor quality thin and grey . Better towels please . Pool towels were fine €30 deposit each. Nice toiletries in the room too. So overall we had a lovely holiday here

We have just returned from a fabulous 11 night holiday at this hotel. Where to start……. Check in was quick and straightforward - Kristian was amazing and helped with all our questions. We had 3 adults (sisters) sharing a superior double room with a sea view (one of the renovated rooms) and the room did not disappoint. Spacious, good air conditioning and an amazing view. The housekeeping team are so friendly and hardworking, again nothing was too much. The hotel is spotlessly clean with staff out and about tidying up cups by the pool or removing used plates and glasses in the dining areas. We were all inclusive and we didn’t go hungry. There are themed nights for food - we really enjoyed the meatballs! Lots to choose from for breakfast (Bruno and his omelettes - do try them) along with a good range of different foods at lunch either in the restaurant or at the pool bar. Towels are €20 per towel, which you get back at the end of the holiday. You can change them everyday which was useful when we were around the pool. There are plenty of sunbeds - we were always able to get three sunbeds together even when we didn’t arrive until lunch time. The pools and the surroundings are great. The beach is literally just outside the hotel and it is truly wonderful. The sea was warm and enjoyable to swim in. You can rent sun loungers if you wish. I walked to the lighthouse and back (around three miles in total) on the beach which was great. I also did the same but on the footpath, which runs alongside the road. There is a hotel shop which is reasonably priced and around 0.5miles away there is a shopping centre, with tourist shops. a Spar supermarket and a Burger King. Near the lighthouse is where the Jandía shops start - there are loads. Again, it’s about a mile walk away from the hotel - it was a pleasant flat walk. The entertainment team - WOW WOW WOW! They brought the energy to the party every day! Huge shout out to Denise - she is one ball of energy. Denise we love you and we will always be your cheerleaders at the side of the pool. A huge shout out to Samuel as well, thank you for walking us to the African Market and the history of Jandia - it was really informative. The evening entertainment was good - my absolute favourite was the tribute to Disney - this was performed by 5 members of the entertainment team and it was brilliant. I also really enjoyed the Wonderland act - it was mesmerising. This is really long - so if you’ve got this far thank you. I cannot fault our stay in this hotel - the staff really do make it - nothing is too much for them and they always say hello. Thank you for a fabulous holiday - we will be back (I’m hoping this time next year). I’m not sure if the staff named will see this - but I’m hoping someone from the hotel will. If you are from the hotel, please pass on our thanks and praise to the following staff: Kristian on reception, Bruno in the restaurant, Denise and Samuel on the entertainment team. A big

We recently returned for another six night stay at this beautiful hotel and were pleased to see the same high standard has been maintained. I have mentioned in other reviews for Iberostar hotels that the star prestige level needs standardising across the group, this one should be the model. The hotel appears to be fully all inclusive, I didn’t see any sign of extra costs for snacks, premium spirits etc. There is very little to fault overall, the hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are comfortable and reasonably spacious with the Star Prestige rooms having fabulous sea views. Bianca, our maid did an excellent job with the housekeeping and changed our towels twice daily. The star prestige pool area is just fabulous with a heated infinity pool and open bar and beach towels changed whenever you want. We were pleased to see Reuben is still there, constantly running around looking after us! The food, as always, is very good and varied and the hot meals are always hot, which is something of a rarity in buffet restaurants! I’ve marked it down slightly from my last review for a few minor reasons. Through our stay, there was nobody on the Star Prestige desk, although it’s in the main reception area, there’s no point in putting comfy chairs out to speak to your concierge if they’re never there! The waiter service for wine and other drinks in the SP dining area was rather slow at times, with one waiter in particular showing a definite bias towards guests from other European countries. On the second day of our stay we lost all the English TV channels in our room. This was reported at reception five times over the week and nobody ever came to investigate. I know these are minor faults, but they do make a difference. However, it doesn’t deter me from wanting to go back.
