One of the best hotels in the area, next to Ramada, this hotel room is large, but the facilities are older than the Ramada, the price can be a little cheaper, because there are not many good local hotels, more weekend parties, and occasionally catch the wedding The service staff are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is still ok, but basically no change, the overall is quite satisfactory!

What a pleasant surprise to find such a gem of a hotel ! 5-star service from the hotel owner to the Mgr Prasanta, Mr. Zakil and the Housekeeping staff. Professional and gracious hospitality team. Comfortable room, hot water available 24/ 7, water pressure's good, wifi's reasonably fast, food's good. Just replace the tap washers; and it'd be a perfect stay. Thank you for a lovely visit ! :)

Can hotels have souls? Yes, I believe they do! And the reason I say this is because ...... I was in Jamshedpur due to a sudden bereavement in the family and had to stay at the Fortune Center Point. From the time I walked in to the hotel without a reservation and requested for help from the GM, Mr Anindya Das and the Front office ***ager, Mr Zubair, I was helped and assisted every moment by everyone in the hotel. The F&B ***ager, Mr Rupesh and his staff made sure I was meticulously served the special food that is prescribed during the bereavement period and the housekeeping staff were ever so helpful with every small need for me and my family. Everyone treated me like a family member and I really felt that I was being taken care of people who are my very 'own'. I recall all their assistance and support with a lot of emotions and gratefulness! A thousand thanks to the GM, Mr Anindya Das and his amazingly empathetic team for the special kind of customer orientation that transcends emotional boundaries .... these ladies and gentlemen are the true assets of ITC ..... the soul of the company!
