Vivanta group has taken over this property to another level. (I’ve stayed previously it was called Bizton). The rooms are proportionate to its size and price. The staff and food is amazing. They make you feel at home by always full filling to all your needs. Even though the hotel is on a busy street & has ballrooms, nearby function venues! The rooms are super quiet to get you the best sleep. Comfy bed, pillow; washroom etc. The toilet paper, the tissues, the linens, curtains all are extremely comfy. The buffet layout is amazing, all day dining & midnight dining has great options. A minus :- It doesn’t have Pizza A plus :- They have a decent sized pool on 3rd floor which is beautiful. They also serve grilled food menu in the evenings. A plus :- Scan the QR and read e-books. Suggestion :- The rooms should have a full stocked mini bar. Off late most hotels are keeping their mini bar empty for some reason best known to them. Important :- Every hotel has a directory that briefs about the place history, place to visit, hotel history and the venues / events the hotel has to offer. Also all the extensions etc. Sadly I couldn’t find one in the room which came as a surprise. As it’s a standard norm. I had to call the Guest Service to figure things out. However the guest service team ensured all things were sorted every time. So I won’t complain.
