Bathroom drainage was blocked, it got flooded upon using the shower, rest everything was perfect. Definitely recommended if they can fix this issue. Behavior, quality of food, rooms all are excellent. Check in, check out experience, quality of bed mattress, pillows, everything was perfect.

Not in line with other Taj Vivanta properties. Ambience needs to be far more better and rooms in particular is minimalist. Rest room faucets , taps etc were not fitter properly and were just hanging losely. Water got choked in bathing area. Needs for more betterment & I am sure it would be taken care off by the Management.

I am not at all satisfied with this property starting from parking till check-out, the I really felt bad when I requested for tea instead of packed juice we were offerd , no fruit basket was placed security was untrained, staff helpfull Ness was OK ok

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Vivanta Jamshedpur, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff ensured that my stay was comfortable, personalized, and truly special. The reservation team went above and beyond, decorating my room beautifully and arranging a birthday cake, which was a thoughtful touch. The F&B team—Ashish, Simran, Arijeet, and Sapan at the pool provided outstanding service and were always attentive to every request. My Valentine’s Night dinner at Red Pearl was a unique and memorable experience, and the flowers they arranged made it even more special. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious options, and the pool area was well-maintained and relaxing. A special shoutout to Aditi, the duty manager, for her warmth and hospitality. Vivanta Jamshedpur truly embodies the exceptional service and attention to detail that Taj properties are known for. This was one of my most memorable stays, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Pathetic experience with rooms as they were over fragnent or smelly. Food was half cooked. Breakfast was worser than three star hotel. So I was really not satisfied. Even room service was too slow as they were having less staff. So I would not recommend as this property doesn't worth money.

While it doesn’t have standout features that set it apart, Vivanta Jamshedpur delivers a solid 5-star experience with all the essential comforts, making it a safe bet for both business and leisure stays.
