Worst hotel. Loud music till late night from the 5th floor pub. No hot water in shower. Have to call reception for hot water and then wait for 30 minutes for them to switch on the geyser. The towels have turned grey from white. The bedsheets have lint all over and are rough. Pls dont waste money in this hotel

It's always a good stay but jiva shouldn't remove bar offer for rooms. So many customers not be comfortable at bar or pubs.

Very good stay at Jiva, excellent food and very professional service. The hotel is centrally located with very good facilities. Had a wonderful stay, my compliments to the staff and management.

room was just ok..they call it suite but nothing like it... no press iron was there no extra glass that they were use to put in washroom and the worst part during check out no Bell boy was provided so have to take my luggage myself down to reception and then they provided security guard to keep in my vehicle
