An established hotel on 2nd and 3rd floors of a shopping complex known as the supermarket. As a foreigner, the extensive check in procedure was handled smoothly. Had a non-ac room with a balcony overlooking the street which was clean. There was a leak from the toilet cistern, but then again what basic indian hotel has perfect plumbing? the street was busy as expected, but quietened down late in the evening, except on rama navami when the balcony provided a great ringside seat to view the celebrations. There were numerous helpful and courteous uniformed staff. They came round and replenished the mosquito deterrent every evening. The bloke operating the lift was always cheery.

Excellent service and very helpful staff couldn't do enough for you at anytime. I stayed 2 nights. You get a phone call to remind you that breakfast will be closing at a certain time. Choice of breakfast. Staff are there if you need help. They bring the beverages & water to the table. On next visit to Jamnagar I would like to come to the Sayaji's. Thank you.

It was good but i was confused i had booked 2 rooms with a twin bed but they provided a double bed only. I stayed at this lords inn for 2 nights and it was a good experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and tv. The bathroom was also clean and had hot water and toiletries. Wifi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was average, with a few choices of bread, fruit, and coffee. Etc, the staff was friendly and helpful, but sometimes they were slow to respond to requests. The location was convenient to get to the accreditation office

What I liked: MOST IMPORTANT LIKE GOES TO STAFF - Courteous, Smiling, Helpful and many more positive adjectives you can add. Staff in restaurant, reception or be it anywhere the interaction was pleasing. Other than that what I liked - Beautiful Hotel, Very Well Maintained, Round the clock running swimming pool, Sumptuous food spread (breakfast and dinner buffet) which was appetizing and delicious. What can be Improved: Please have a exclusive number for transfers and allow for easy pick from phata near highway for people coming via bus. What I disliked: Nothing that I can think of.

Stayed at this property for 2 days on 24th and 25th. Comfortable rooms with helpful staffs. Overall a good experience. But one thing to be noted is that they don't serve breakfast after 9.45 am. We were late reaching the hotel after the early morning puja and Tula Dan. Were refused breakfast . On request they provided only tea and sandwiches and papaya.

Additionally, the food we ordered from the menu did not meet our expectations, leading to unnecessary waste.
