We booked a room for our family from Dwarka visit for God Krishna temple, Sapphero Akshar inn jamnagar. All rooms are quite yummy service is memorable and most important thing is it's hotel is very peaceful. So our familyis enjoying happily. We ordered for dinner and it's delivered like as home made food it's very tasty. Hotel Team members are very supportive. We recommend to all people.

Stayed one night. The room was clean but was very small in size, went for some work so one night is adjustable, its
reasonable at the heart of the city. Breakfast was included in my package which was tasty, staff were polite and friendly.

We 2 families stayed by taking 2 rooms for 3 days. Accommodation and service is excellent. The staff is very courteous & polite. Hotel located in heart of the city, all big shopping malls are in walkable distance. Food items are good except south indian dishes. They need to engage for expert chef.

We were in Jamnagar for a few days and we decided to stay at Hotel KRITI for our accommodation needs. Our stay at Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham in Dwarka was peaceful and the villa was nice and comfortable, especially with the poolside ambiance. Special thanks to Aadil from the restaurant and Shyamu from housekeeping, both of whom were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the food was a disappointment—limited options, and several items on the menu were unavailable when we tried to order. It didn’t live up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. The front desk service was also frustrating. They were not responsive to our calls, and we had to call multiple times for the same request. It was especially inconvenient since we were traveling with an elderly person, and booking a buggy car took over 30 minutes each time. Additionally, we booked a two-bedroom villa for four people, but the amenities provided were only for one person, which didn’t make sense. Overall, while the stay had its peaceful moments, several aspects of the service need improvement.

GGuest UserIt was good but i was confused i had booked 2 rooms with a twin bed but they provided a double bed only. I stayed at this lords inn for 2 nights and it was a good experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and tv. The bathroom was also clean and had hot water and toiletries. Wifi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was average, with a few choices of bread, fruit, and coffee. Etc, the staff was friendly and helpful, but sometimes they were slow to respond to requests. The location was convenient to get to the accreditation office

We had great stay in the Resort from 13/01/22 to 28/01/22. Awesome Experience. We loved the Resort and the House keeping in the resort. Saurabh Bhardwaj Room Division Manager is extremely professional and a lovely human being. He took care of me and my group extremely well. This place highly recommend. Keep the best service always.

It was a comfortable room to stay in, just wished it had a fridge so it would have been more practical but it was a good, fun stay! there wasn't really a fridge in our room and i could hear the crying babies/children that were screaming next door (not sure what was happening) but it was quite loud and we could hear it from our room.

This was primarily due to the absence of a buffet, which was a key factor in my earlier positive experience. Additionally, the food we ordered from the menu did not meet our expectations, leading to unnecessary waste. I hope this feedback is helpful and that future visits can meet the standards we have come to expect.

Very poor experience. The propery is good but sadly not maintained at all. The first room that was given to us had window glass broken & AC not working. Upon requesting, we were given another room which had a super noisy exhaust fan, but we had to manage. The hotel mentions 24hours room service however it is not anything beyond paper. Its better that you buy some water bottles and tea sachets from the market outside because the room service team will visit only once a day (their day starts at 10:30) and help you with 2 x 500 ml bottles (in this heat). If you need to drink more, you would have to be at the mercy of the room service team & would have to keep trying to reachout to reception for service & if you get lucky, they would send someone. Overall all, a sub par stay experience at this hotel. At this pricepoint, you have better options. Thanks
