We 2 families stayed by taking 2 rooms for 3 days. Accommodation and service is excellent. The staff is very courteous & polite. Hotel located in heart of the city, all big shopping malls are in walkable distance. Food items are good except south indian dishes. They need to engage for expert chef.

We had great stay in the Resort from 13/01/22 to 28/01/22. Awesome Experience. We loved the Resort and the House keeping in the resort. Saurabh Bhardwaj Room Division Manager is extremely professional and a lovely human being. He took care of me and my group extremely well. This place highly recommend. Keep the best service always.

Location is on the main road within easy access to road, rail & air transport. The menu is very limited so you have very less choice. Specially a single traveler will have to order a full dish but cannot finish it alone, so you have to waste a lot of food. The rooms are cleaned daily & they maintain high cleanliness standards everywhere. The linen & towels are clean so it is good. I did not see any security guard at the door. During my entire stay i went to their restaurant for breakfast only once. Though it was a buffet spread there should have been at least one waiter in the room to check on the guests. No one was available & i was left to fend for myself. All in all a plea-sent experience. Nothing great but not bad too all

very nice food we tried food at Atithi restaurant , every staff was nice to talk to , food quality was very nice , haryali sabji (i think) was nice, butter chicken was too good overall worth visiting for food

Stayed one night. The room was clean but was very small in size, went for some work so one night is adjustable, its reasonable at the heart of the city. Breakfast was included in my package which was tasty, staff were polite and friendly.

Excellent. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. Every time the experience is better and better. Highly recommend to all. Food is excellent and the hotel staff are very friendly and cooperative. Specially monika madam. She is very polite and helpful. Surely i will visit 4th time in near future.
