- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.

Ishmeet the lobby ambassador is very welcoming and sounds very professional. Hotel is clean and live upto the reputation of the brand. ZONE, By The Park, is a centrally located hotel, 500 meters from the Jammu Railway Station. Clean and neat, the staff was very helpful and efficient. I really liked the delicious Kashmiri food: Nadru, Kashmiri dum aloo, dal makhani, etc. I would really like to thank the Chef who definitely created wonderful cuisine. I have stayed in other good hotels in J&K, but I can definitely say, the food and service are 'The BEST' in this hotel, ZONE By The Park. I met the General ***ager Mr.Prateek Acharya who was extremely courteous and gave us tips on food and sightseeing. After meeting Mr.Prateek, I tried the Kashmiri food; believe me, it was just wonderful. Moreover, Mr.Deepak in the transportation and the front office staff was very helpful. Great place to stay in Jammu.

The staff was very wonderful and catered to my every need. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect order. Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Dawn. I would highly recommend. Very friendly ***agement who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Excellent food, Very nice and humble staff mainly Pulkit and Reepan are excellent in their job.
