The whole experience was outstanding,spotless, modern, and stylish facilities. I asked for an item which was not in the menu list but he went out of the way to get my wish fulfilled and made my sunday. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The staff was very wonderful and catered to my every need. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect order. Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. I have stayed in this hotel for two times. The rooms for single occupancy and double occupancy are spacious with all amenities as they mention The exclusive about this hotel is the world cuisine restaurant which provides a delicious buffet breakfast with a lot of varieties with a good taste. It’s must a try. Polite hotel and restaurant staffs with immediate attention and also a great hospitality. The roof top swimming pool though of 2 feet depth but it provides a beautiful spot to witness sunset at eve. Overall it’s a wonderful stay experience and next time I would prefer staying in this hotel whenever I visit jammu

ZONE, By The Park, is a centrally located hotel, 500 meters from the Jammu Railway Station. Clean and neat, the staff was very helpful and efficient. I really liked the delicious Kashmiri food: Nadru, Kashmiri dum aloo, dal makhani, etc. I would really like to thank the Chef who definitely created wonderful cuisine. I have stayed in other good hotels in J&K, but I can definitely say, the food and service are 'The BEST' in this hotel, ZONE By The Park. I met the General ***ager Mr.Prateek Acharya who was extremely courteous and gave us tips on food and sightseeing. After meeting Mr.Prateek, I tried the Kashmiri food; believe me, it was just wonderful. Moreover, Mr.Deepak in the transportation and the front office staff was very helpful. Great place to stay in Jammu.
