Lobby smelled of incense. Lobby bathroom was in a horrid state. Hotel overall was in bad condition. Rooms not updated. Family refused to ear at the complimentary breakfast which was sparse - everything just felt dirty.

Booked several rooms for work. The owner was very nice and super helpful. He got us everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the beds were new and comfortable. Would stay again.

The proprietors are delightfully friendly. There was a hiccup on our room assignment and check in, but they good naturedly made everything right. Rooms were clean and adequate space. Not a lot of frills, but good for a night’s rest.

Great customer service. Shak is always accommodating. Come here for work as a travel nurse and Shak made it clear how he takes care of his return customers. My schedule changed last minute and I needed a room in a full hotel, Shak and his wife gave me one of their rooms. You don't always see this kind of service in a corporate centric society. He has worked hard remodeling the business and it has really made the rooms inviting. 10/10 would recommend to business travelers and those just passing through.

I travel for a living and I am in a different city every week. The hospitality at this location is absolutely amazing. He provided me with places to eat locally and was very knowledgeable about the city. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room was clean and big compared to the other Days Inn I stayed at. Room smelled fresh, bed was comfortable and 55-inch big screen TV with cable was a plus for me after local tours in the evening and relax in my room to watch the latest shows and news. Manager Shak and Housekeeping lady Jay were very polite and courteous. She provided clean towels and essentials every day. Easy Check-In and Check-Out, all the documents to sign and keys we kept ready when we walked in late at night. Breakfast was good, they had good spreads. Egg and cheese, sausage links, bagels, donuts, yogurt, coffee, orange, apple juices, cereals etc. I did not experience any internet connection issues when I connected multiple devices.

My wife and I requested a late check out when making the reservation on the Days Inn website. This hotel refused to honor that request. Strike one. Got to the room and only half the lights functioned. Strike two. The room also smelled of urine. Strike three. With the staff being unfriendly, we chose to not complain to them about the room. We were treated as if they were doing us the favor. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay. My favor to them will be to spend my money elsewhere on the rest of my return trips.

No Smoking No Pets was welcoming. No air conditioning and car wash next door made for a hot night. Loose carpet was not good
