We (a family of four with 2 kids of 13 and 18) stayed in this residence for 5 nights. It was an excellent stay and the hospitality of Paola and her team were great. They know how to treat their guests. For any activities you would like to do, you can go to Paoloa and her team and it will be perfectly arranged! Highly recommended for a stay at Zanzibar.

Very nice residence with spacious appartments. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Paola was amazing and helpfull. Breakfast is very good there. Every day was cleaning in the appartment. Very clean and nice appartments, there was everything inside what I needed.

We went to Nyumbani with colleagues for a writing retreat. To be honest, I was a bit weary as the property is a bit inland. But it exceeds all my expectations. One of the things that makes it so good is Paola and her team. They’re at your service all the time. Grazie mille! Further, the rooms are spacious and have all you need. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is fantastic. The kitchen has all you need, but breakfast is served and has a good variety of what you need. The pools are great to cool down and the ocean is a five minute walk away. The beach is beautiful and the ocean calm enough to swim. Nearby properties offer good options for dinner if you’re not willing to cook yourself. If you don’t need to stay on the beach, nyumbani is simply great!

Great place in Jambiani ! The location is very good (just 2min walk from the beach) and the accommodations are great ! (Large rooms with AC, swimming pools, quiet, great breakfast) Paola is an amazing host as well as everyone there ! We highly recommend it !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la résidence ou règne une atmosphère familiale. L'équipe est chaleureuse, accueillante et surtout au petit soin. Ils ont de très bon plan pour les restaurants. L'hotel se situe à 5 min à pied de la plage près d'un village de pêcheur. Nous recommandons.

Bellissima struttura a due passi dal mare. Spiaggia lunghissima e dintorni ricchi di ristoranti. Alloggi molto grandi e forniti. Titolari Italiani super!! Rispetto al Nord dell'isola c'è molta più tranquillità. Villaggio pieno di pescatori e il pesce Fresco è ovunque

Ottima soluzione: appartamenti spaziosi puliti e accoglienti, due piscine, il tutto circondato da un giardino eterogeneo e rigoglioso e il mare a due passi. Il vero punto di forza di Nyumbani è la gestione molto precisa e accorta di Paola! Più che una host, possiamo dire che è stata come una amica, che ci ha accompagnato nelle scelte migliori per le nostre escursioni e per una chiacchierata sulle dinamiche Zanzibarine che sono molto utili per conoscere appieno un nuovo posto. Complimenti a tutti per la professionalità e per l’impegno continuo nonostante le ovvie difficoltà che si incontrano quotidianamente! Top anche i 5 gatti che hanno subito le costanti coccole dei nostri figli! Grazie Paola, grazie a tutto lo staff. Asante Sana! 😉
