Highly recommend S&S Hotel! The rooms are new and bright, A/C is strong, and the in-room refrigerators are a big perk. The breakfasts were plentiful and the pool was big and clean. The awesome staff may have been the best part though! As some reviews shared, it’s not the cheapest offering in the area, but you do get your money’s worth.

The ocean view from our room at S&S Hotel was absolutely breathtaking. We loved waking up to the sight of the sparkling sea every morning, staffs are the epitome of professionalism and hospitality. They went out of their way to ensure that every moment of our stay was perfect and unforgettable,bar is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring since we were also doing some tours and activities around the island, The cozy a**osphere and friendly staff made us feel right at home, restaurant is a culinary delight. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a feast for the senses and it's always fresh food, juice even fruits fresh and sweet 😋, swimming pool is a true oasis. We loved taking a dip and cooling off while enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding landscape, this was like living a premium dream ❤️.

The bar at the Hotel is a stylish and inviting space where you can enjoy expertly crafted cocktails,good coffee and stunning views of the sunset. rooms are so beautifully appointed and offer all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived staffs at the Hotel went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Their attention to detail was truly remarkable. swimming pool is a hidden gem, everyday clean We spent many relaxing hours lounging by the pool and taking in the serene a**osphere. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with its diverse menu and impeccable presentation. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece. ocean view from the terrace is simply breathtaking. The beach is clean we even enjoy acrobatic show from the beach guys, We could have spent hours just gazing out at the endless horizon. This was the true definition of Hakuna Matata 😁😁, we'll definitely recommends all peoples and our family to this Awesome Hotel.Asante 👌

The hotel offers nothing but bad customer service with almost no facilities. The electricity ran out and no staff were being helpful giving answer on that. The beach was the bad part of jambiani, too muddy. I wish we could have stayed somewhere better than kinda fussy about these in the holiday.

Best Spot Hotel in Jambiani for friendly environment and Best Service for my 2nd time in the same area. Perfect seafood’s dishes with the special grilled octopus and Tuna/avocado. Starter. Pool party’s allowed with a good music entertainment.

Strong points: - some employees are kind - The hotel is pretty Neutral point: - Tranquility: for those who want to listen to music or have entertainment, I do not recommend this place Weak points: - The owner doesn't smile, doesn't speak to any customers and she seems rude. - Service is soso - Expensive for food and drinks compared to other places - Difficult to lock doors in the rooms - If you are a black customer, expect to be served last because white people come first. Sometimes we gave up our orders because they told us it was finished or it was taking too long, obviously it was finished because the whites are served first even if we were the ones who ordered first - Mediocre Breakfast : upon arrival we were told that breakfast is served between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m., but when you order at 9:40 a.m. they tell you that the kitchen closes at 9:30 a.m.! They should specify that breakfast closes at 9:30 a.m. and not 10 a.m. - The manager: I have never seen their manager speak with customers, all he does is sit quietly at the bar, eat and then leave. No smile either ! The hotel is new and need some improvement on a few things.

I saw all the wonderful reviews of this place and booked for my long-awaited Zanzibar vacation. I rented a 2br apar**ent as I was expecting my friend to join me from my second day onwards. It is not actually a 2br apar**ent. There is a bathroom, one room with no windows, but with a bed, and a main area with a bed, desk and chair. This place lacked basic amenities (some place comfortable to sit in the main area, bedside lamps, rugs on the bare tiles, a kettle, and a TV). This is a new hotel but with shoddy construction. For example, the water pooled and overflowed in the curb less shower (inadequately slopped to the drain). The windowless bedroom was off-gassing cement and paint fumes. The lights in the bathroom would flicker and go off at will. The screen for the sliding door was installed on the inside of the door, preventing you from opening the door and closing the screen to keep it the bugs. They used low quality doors, and my door lock was broken. My room was on the second floor, but the balconies of other guest rooms are only separated by a hip-height wall. I asked that the lock be fixed since I was uncomfortable spending the night in a room by myself in an unfamiliar place with a broken lock. They first dismissed my concerns, since 'the area was safe'. Then the owner came to fix the lock but complained about the 'stupid locals' who couldn't do anything right. Meals at the restaurant were overpriced. The owners sat around at one of the restaurant tables for significant parts of the day smoking cigarettes while guests dined. For the prices charged, I thought I was signing up for a more upscale experience. This is not that. On a positive note, the location is spectacular, and the employees were top-notch. Breakfast was substantial.

This is my second time in this hotel. The service, the staff, the service and the food have all met my expectations! My family and I were extremely satisfied and we had a fantastic holiday. We look forward to come back very soon again! 10/10
