Nice ambience, well maintained clean rooms, hotel location are positive things about this hotel. However they are pretty much lagging in room service area. Example- They took 40 mins to give just mineral water bottle. (There are many) As we stayed for 2 nights, there was almost same breakfast menu for 2 days. Lunch, dinner are good, however breakfast quality needs to be improved. Checkout time is 9 am!

Perfect in all aspects. Location is very good. Just on the railway station road. A old hotel is remodeled and it is looking good now. All basic facilities like safety locker, mini fridge, bath slippers, kettle are available in the room. Working table and sofa helps you to relax. Prefer room from 1 to 7 to get main road view.

We booked Hotel Dev Heights via Goibobo on Oct’22 for 16th to 18th Dec.’22, then several times talked the *** which phone number displayed as for Hotel Dev Heights. Our train arrived 2 hours late for this I call that no. and told him my late reaching before 3 hours arrival. But actually when I reached Hotel, they have no idea about my stay & booking i.e. that phone *** was Representative of Goibibo. MANAGER NEEDS TO UPGRADE HOW TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMERS. He talks with me like I am the Cheater person and his attitude to examined my booking slip was very ridiculous. Hotels has no WiFi connections, in even they did not serve any drinking water in room. Very uncomfortable stay in this Hotel. Inspite of this, Hotel is very near (1 min. walking distance ) to Jalgaon railway station.

I had booked 1 room for my mother and me to attend the marriage function in jalgaon. Venue was nearby to hotel. It made us immensely convenient to attend the function in severe heatwave. Room was neat and clean, food was good. Staff was cooperative and accepted our request of late check in and late check out. However, swimming pool was unavailable for guests as lawns was rented for marriage function by hotel management. Overall good experience.
