very old AC, first floor room very noisy from play area.

We stayed on the 4th floor and the hallway only had two motion-sensor lights (one at each end). My room was in the middle of the hallway, and by the time I would reach my door, the light would be off. I also had to ask them, several times, to heat up the jacuzzi before they sent somebody. The bathroom shower didn't seem well cleaned.

There was a lot of noise in the room all night. other guests had a party and reception commented that they couldn't do anything about it, they took the car to a parking lot outside the hotel and it took more than 1 hour to bring it I had to go look for it because there was no one to move it and I had to move the cars from the other guests.

Very good place. Close to many attractions in the city. Nice, clean and comfortable.

In general good, only one problem, the parking is bad and it would be more tolerable if the individual who is in charge was not so rude, at least the one who was the oldest for the time that I had to arrive and leave, I blocked the drawers and did not leave a station**** why does it say it's for guests, I was one but I didn't have the right, if that doesn't say it has free parking, the gym has broken equipment
