Regularmente me hospedo en este hotel, pero esta vez no me fue muy bien. El colchón muy incómodo, sentía los bordes de los resortes y no descansé bien. De Julio 2023 q estuve ahí, el restaurante mejoró muchísimo tanto en servicio como en cantidad y calidad de alimentos. Nunca me había tocado un cuarto con una cama tan incómoda. Espero y esto sirva de alerta para mantener un buen servicio en las camas que al fin y al cabo, a mi parecer, es lo principal para tener un buen descanso. En general, todo lo demás es excelente.

Me tocó una habitación que da hacia la calle y no pudimos dormir debido a que hay un perro que se dedica a ladrar toda la noche, pedí cambio de habitación y no me lo habían hecho cuando regresé al hotel, tuve que solicitarlo nuevamente . Deberían poner ventanas contra ruido porque es imposible dormir así
