Attended a wedding and we are happy with the hotel we picked. We had a total of 4rooms booked. The free breakfast was a great place to mingle and discuss the days events. Thank you Priya for having chai ready for us. The only issue was no hot water in a couple of rooms but that was sorted out.

Enjoyable stay, hotel staff are very courteous, polite and helpful and could not find any fault in the service. They made the stay very pleasant and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel for the cleanliness and will certainly stay there again. A big shout out to the head cleaner who was responsible for the cleaning of our room , which was done meticulously. Thank you so much for that as this was very important to me.

Never expected such experience with Ramada branded property. Looks new in the photos, seems to be old & not maintained properly. Door locks, cub boards, fittings need a make over. I stayed for 2 days, 2nd Day Morning there was no Hot water in the shower & they could not fix it, i had to rush for my meeting & had to take bath in cold water. Toiletry supplies were not refilled on 2nd day of Stay. More importantly, i have a big doubt about their sanitization process. I seriously feel that, they have not sanitized the rooms well. Few days after I stayed in this Hotel, i got symptoms & tested for Covid Positive. Though I cant 100% say that, this is the cause, but the way they are maintaining, it is very much possible. Checkout was also got delayed, despite of me telling them 10 mins in advance to make the invoice ready. There is no enough parking space in the Portico, so my pick up car had to take a few rounds before they complete my checkout. For sure, I dont recommend this property & I will never stay again here.

Poor service in the hotel, no proper hot water facility, torn towels provided, washroom bucket not cleaned and sometimes even bucket is not present in the washroom. In hotel nobody cares about costumer requirements. Even laundry service is the worst, they used bleaching powder that ruined my clothes and even misplaced some of them. Even complimentary food is not good, have to wait for a long time to get it.

Booking was made direct with General Manager Pushkar who was very attentive and met all our demands. The room was a good size, clean and tea coffee provided. Raj was very helpful, he was so warming to my elderly mother and helped whenever he could. The restaurant food in the evening was delicious hence why my weight went up lol. Dal makhani, pindhi, chillie chicken were our favs. Breakfast was a little poor and can be improved however they would accommodate our requests. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming and assist when required. Def value for money .

Stayed on 23rd of August, booked through MMT. The hotel is old but nice interior wooden structure. Rooms are decent in size, clean and comfortable. Staff at front desk are proactive and able to resolve the queries but fnb team and services need some important. Overall good as per the price they charged.
