Rooms are good, but the size is below average. Location is almost perfect. Food is good. Washrooms don't have jet sprays. But the room size will surely disappoint you.

The area around the hotel is almost deserted, and shopping is not very convenient. But the service is still good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel that is open until eleven o'clock in the evening. The room is clean, but it is very inconvenient without a car.

The hotel is located at a very prime location though the entrance and exit are miniscule, the rooms are cozy as expected from ITC group, and full marks for cleanliness including linens, towels and curtains. The check in and check out was smooth, and the reception staff were courteous.

Booked two rooms. Both of the rooms have bathroom tap malfunction. We checked in around 10:00 pm. No provision of hot water in tap. Hotel staff said, hot water will come in morning but hot water tap damaged for both the rooms. However, the manager offered us a separate room for bathing. Breakfast they served was very average and just like general dhabba. Overall inconvenience stay

The food quality was very bad. The tomato soup served was very tangy and sour, not corrected even when complained. The room service was not good, towels were not changed, no dental kit, shaving kits provided inside the room. The water in the bathroom was just lukewarm, and hot water was not coming. Overall, the experience was average.

GGuest UserThe reception staff was very unpleasant. They don't even have basic manners to greet or welcome their guests. The way they stare at guests is most alarming. Makemytrip already earned accolades but staff like this make things worse why the chips, buiscuits, bhujiya, juice, salted peanuts etc were kept in the room for which we were charged exorbitantly. There was no indication or pamphlet on which it was mentioned that above-noted articles were chargeable otherwise the room was good ambience was good food is average

Breakfast had limited choice. We chose the room specially for the bath but only the cold water was working.

NNita SandhuAttended a wedding and we are happy with the hotel we picked. We had a total of 4rooms booked. The free breakfast was a great place to mingle and discuss the days events. Thank you Priya for having chai ready for us. The only issue was no hot water in a couple of rooms but that was sorted out.

GGuest UserThe rooms are spacious, but my experience was unpleasant. In my room, two bedding mattresses were placed together, which caused severe discomfort. After two nights, i woke up with back and thigh pain. A truly horrifying stay. I cannot recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserI requested the receptionist to extend my checkout upto 12 and I was ready to pay for it too... But they were charging 500 rs just for mere 1 hour and it shows how **** of the service they provide.. Pathetic behaviour from their side... the property and room was nice
