Very helpful l and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel.

Firstly the location was very central and convenient. Very close to jalandhar isbt. Secondly, the rooms were clean n had all amenities n very budget friendly. Third the staff were very friendly n helpful especially the guy in main desk n the helper. Had a very pleasant stay.

I came here for my ssb interview. Everything was good but there was no ventilation in the bathroom. They need to focus on cleanliness and hygiene of bathrooms as well.

Hotel was good. A little bit small room. Window was there but its like if you open it everbody can see wt are u doing and also can steal something. Thats the insecurity from my side

Initially, i booked a deluxe room expecting an ac to maintain a comfortable temperature between 24 and 26 degrees. However, despite paying, i didn't receive the remote or power due to the winter season. The stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms were unclean, covered in dust with no clean bedsheet for the blanket, which seemed to be shared among all guests without washing. Pillow covers had visible stains, sockets were non-functional to charge mobiles (turned off from the main board to save electricity, and there were no provisions for hot drinking water. The room's size was inadequate; there was barely any space once a large trolley was placed. The tv was non-operational, and even the lights near the mirror were missing, making shaving only possible with the light from my mobile. My recommendation would be to avoid booking this hotel altogether.

Upon reaching the hotel, i was informed that hotel is fully bookie and you will have to contact the conoany for refund. However after a long discussion with the manager he set me up with another hotel. Although the solition cam but initially manager was not accepting me due to full booking moreover i was not notified about the situation. Please resolve these kind of situations in future.
