Just want to book the Hotel for the Birthday Party, call the Hotel Staff and Spoke to GM vide Name Mr. IK Sharma to understand the modality of the arrangement and packages. The experience is very Pathetic and worst of my lifetime, the GM behaviour as well as staff is very arrogant, adamant and an annoying resulting in pestering to the customer. I'm very astonished to witness such pathetic behaviour and hospitality service to the customers It clearly depicts that the Hotel just want to make money from the customer, didn't bother about customer feelings, services to be offered to the customer and just bolldozed the customer with exorbitant pricing and harsh words. Such pestering and behaviour doesn't even met the hospitality standards and even marketing price are too exorbitant as compared to best 5 Star Hotel properties. Atleast the Hotel Staff should have courtesy towards the customer in understanding the needs of the customer and atleast should now how to talk politely to the customer. Never recommend this Hotel to anyone Regards Simranjit Singh

Last week I booked a Room for my Relatives and the Experience was Excellent. Room was Spacious , Neat & Clean. Food was very Tasty and Staff was also very helpful and supportive. Will definitely stay again in the same hotel whenever we will visit Jalandhar and would recommend to my other colleagues , Friends and my Corporate Clients. Best service by ms prabhjot!, grilled chicken was so delicious , the place was amazing, quite and beautiful.Food price and table reservations is reasonable. I highly recommend people to visit this amazing hotel here in jalandhar to celebrate parties such as birthdays here. I hope They will love it.

Hotel location bang on the NH44 and before Jalandar town on the Jammu stretch was the plus point. Easy access & with own but limited vehicle parking(I was on a motorcycle!) Room was spacious as also was the toilet/bath. Didn't see no geyser so guess hot water is switched-on & supplied in the mornings alone?! I stayed in the peak of summer with temperature at 40+℃ outside so never felt the need for hot water to bathe! Food served in Muskan the dining cum bar was delicious! Hotels lift was there at Hotel but defunct(perhaps switched off deliberately?) Air-con was noisy but tolerable for 1 nite transit. Hotel sure has seen better days but still is OK for breaking journey & overnite halts, I'd say.

Very best hotel in Jalandhar city railway station distance only 200 meeter .food is very tasty .room neet and clean. Staf behaviour is very good . Gm Gagan behaviour is very good .owner MD Rajesh khanna personality is very smart . Jalandhar is vey beautiful city.
