I stayed at this hotel many times, this would be my second home, I love the room , it was clean and comfort, the receptionist dian was nice and help me to book the room everytime I stayed there. The little problem is only the air conditioner, sometimes it was cold but sometimes a bit warm, however overall the hotel was a good choice to stay !

Very difficult to tell. It is totally not an Okura prestige from Bangkok. The staff is very polite, but too many small errors: +++ Eagerness to help staff Breakfast very good and abundant enough Deep bath Electric heated toilet with internal bidet Room atmosphere. Location (very near many clubs, also Brexit club, but dont recommend going there, was in and out within 5 minutes, 200.000 rupiah. Not a lot of people, no atmosphere). Massage Japanese Special Japanese things - - - Foodplates left outside of the room for too many hours at daytime (at least 5 hours) while the dirty sheets just a couple of hours. Not hygenic cleaned room. Shower and bedroom had too much dirt that you can remove with your fingers. Also some old small hairs. The floor carpet in the second building is very in need for a replacement. I felt unease with a wedding that was there. Instead of escorting me past it or tell me another route in advance, i had to ask for what is allowed. Later i tried to leave my room, but they were doing photoshoots. Again i asked for a different way out, but they told me i had to just wait. Luckily it didn't take hours for them to finish. A loud music band was practicing earlier then 7 am already i think. Because i went for breakfast at 7 am. I asked explicitly if the massage specialist were schools and had knowledge of all the muscle names, insertions and origos and know how all muscles were alligned. I was reassured. But the 30 minutes cheap massage i got (just 125.000 , paid 150.000) was horrible. The i think 30+ woman told me she hardly spoke English but had training at the hotel. But when experiencing it, i saw no knowledge at all of the basics of how to massage. Not feel the tissue below and respond, or to start with big hand surface, slowly go to kneeding and then smaller more intensive finger massage. When she finished she pointed at my **** later. So ofcourse these were not massage women, but just *********** for ******** with no massageskills at all. (I studied massage for 2 years in the past during a physical therapy university program). Is it worth the price? I paid around 48 euros, including breakfast for 1 weekendnight. I think a fair price would be 20 to 25 or upgrade quality. But the staff is really helpfull and always willing to assist in any way. For this i still had a good feeling about the place. Even received a personal call that the dining area was open till 22:00 and a live band was there??? I came in too late and they still knew my Roomnumber🤣. I also loved the interior design, but all needs to have a renovation or upgrade. Hopefully next time no weddings or loud wake up music

For a budget hotel that we hope is to be able to rest well so that the next day we can be fresh and do our activities. In this hotel the room is clean and comfortable, I can rest well, can have breakfast too, there is one thing that I suggest if you may have a brighter bathroom light, because the bathroom is for cleaning the body, shaving and others. Coincidentally after checking out and have been somewhere else, my wife's wallet was left behind and we contacted the hotel to look in our room, and it turned out to be completely left behind. thank you for help, honesty and cooperation so that the wallet can be back in good condition and safe thank you the staff are kind and friendly.

lovely place to visit. great ambience surrounding hotel. i love the interior of the hotel and also the rooftop is nice to have a picture.. convenience store is just walking distance. everything is so reachable.

Short escape at POP kemang was very good. I stayed one night at room with view kemang raya and it was nice for me. Thanx for all staff for your assist. this hotel have a lot parking space so you don't need worried about your vehicle.

the hotel looks so fine. i like the smell of the room, bed cover and towels, but the AC kinda old and it takes time to make the room cool. the bfast is good.

Good places in south Jakarta. Near a lot of good places. I wish you guys can clean the floor before the guest check in. But for the bed quite clean. Overall good price

My recent double stay at Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta presented a contrasting experience, showcasing the evolution of this newly-opened hotel. However, the silver lining emerged during my second stay, transforming my perception. The staff at Citadines Gatot Subroto proved to be the game-changer. During my second visit, their responsiveness and helpfulness were outstanding. This positive shift significantly contributed to the improvement in my overall experience. A delightful surprise awaited me as my room was upgraded to the next category, providing a more spacious environment. The room itself was equipped with functional facilities, including a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and more. This thoughtful inclusion enhanced the convenience and comfort of my stay. In summary, Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta has undergone a positive transformation. While the initial glitches were a setback, the attentive staff and upgraded accommodations during my second stay redeemed the overall experience. As this newly-opened hotel continues to refine its operations, I anticipate even greater things in the future. Recommended for those who value helpful staff and functional amenities in a growing establishment.

Good hotel with good service, nice receptionist and room service. Room is very clean and no malfunction. Various menu breakfast.free parking car.mosque is nearby the hotel so remember us to sholat every time.we can see MRT ooutside the window and that's amazing
