the location is good, the parking is quite spacious, the check-in process is a bit complicated because you have to fill in the data online. sometimes the wifi can be read, sometimes not. for the refrigerator it is cold but for the toilet there is less fragrance so it smells a little.

Cant describe with any word .. but i love this place so much .. room so clean , the staff so nice and alsooo the food so adorable .. my husband told me that this hotel is cool because the room has a bunkbed so we can acompany our family .. thankyou all nite and day kebon jeruk .. keep it up 💯

Staying at Fave Hotel Puri Indah was a delightful experience. The hotel's modern amenities and attentive staff made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was good. You need to change the sheets again to get a better clean one. The room itself is a standard hotel with affordable price. Location itself quite strategic but not recommended for travelling alone around this hotel area. Since it didn't have any street lights. Easy to check in and check out. The food were okay. The staff service also good and pretty quick.

It was a huge hotel, just next to the department store. It was very close to the main malls and restaurants. Even if it is in crowded area, the room is very quiet. The breakfast is mostly Indonesian food, but delicious. What we like most about our family is the staff were very polite and helpful.

Nice hotel with center location in west Jakarta, nearby mal Puri Indah and sorrounding with offices and food market. Clean and staffs very welcome, unfortunately they only gave 1 access card for every room which occupied with 2 guests. Breakfast quite complete with some variants of menu, and taste also ok.

The bed matrass was comes with zess which is suit for me lately.. The big screen television from samsung 50” are satisfiying my eyes.. Shower top are very best with fresh hot water.. Try to go to pool and gym area its a lovely place too.. Dare to swim here? Post your picture.. Everyspot inside this building are awsome.. Try to go if you looking for hotel nearby grogol area and try another ecperience in Posto dormire.

The room exceeded my expectations — great value, beautiful decor & interior, cosy furniture and overall safe and lovely stay. Some caveats for this stay was the location — realised that it was not a very prime location and can be a little inaccessible. Vehicle recommended to get to the lobby, and even through ride-sharing / booking apps such as Grab, three to four drivers have cancelled on me due to the difficulty in accessing location. Near several landmarks & malls on the map but the winding road / highway (it is an elevated spot) may make a five minute walk into a 15-minute journey. Great place for those with access to transport or for those who plan to relax in the room all day.

I've spent 10 days quarantine from end of Dec. '21 to early Jan. '22 in this hotel. Staff's hospitality is excellent, from the day you booked, to the arrival & picking up process in the airport, to the staying period as well as the release, they are always there to help. Bravo to Mr. Ricky that able to finally provide me the room with best view to the city. Also great job for Mr. Iqbal who picking me up at the airport, despite that my local phone number was not working (unexpectedly) during my arrival. The food are great with various menus daily. Room will be cleaned if you need it. You just need to call. If only they can manage the laundry system better, than everything would be perfect. Since the laundry done outside the hotel & by weighing system, they just pack the clothes in a plastic no matter the type. My shirt is tangled once returned and even when I requested to re-ironing again (which they did), it still returned in untidy condition since it packed with other clothes inside a tight plastic. Other thing is the toilet's exhaust is not working. However, for a 2 stars hotel, you received more than you can asked & paid for. Highly recommended, not only for a quarantine.

External part of the hotel and lobby looks decent. However, it was shocking to see the condition of the insides. Trash left uncollected at the lift lobby, dirty patches on the carpets and blocked plumbing in shower stall. Worse was when I realised my hotel room door could just be pushed open when it's ”locked”.
