Very comfortable place, Very cleanliness in Take care and very fragrant place

I'm not sleeping here because of business trip. But the amaris in this leak is quite comfortable to rest, the hotel room and bathroom are quite clean. The bed is also wide and the room is quite large, just there is no coffee/tea maker in the hotel room. The breakfast was just a bread, but it seems that the fried rice was delicious.

Been first time here coz close by to my meeting venue. Thought the room was cozy, and all equipment work just fine. But to my surprise, the AC was not cold at all, no hot water on my first night, spider web on top of the headboard near reading lamp, and it was too late that I just arrived from the airport and I needed a good rest. So I called the reception and asked to move to a better room the next morning. The room they moved me to was cooler than previous, but when I took a shower the drainage was clogged and when I used the wash basin the drainage was also clogged and leaked. I complained to reception and asked for GM email but nobody seemed not to know about the contact at all. Never ever want to stay here in the future. No customer service at all that when I asked for hairdryer they only have 3 units for the whole hotel!! Unbelievable! And no efforts were made to satisfy guests’ requests. I had to sleep with wet hair on 2nd night.

First come here to see the hotel is small but nice. Location strategies The room is also small but the property inside is simple so it looks wide. The quality of the linen is also good making it comfortable to sleep. Anyway strong compared to the hotel created or amaris next to it

All requests are fulfilled, the staff is very friendly, there are lots of children's activities on weekends.

I have been coming here since 2016 and Im writing from the room right now. The staff has gone above and beyond any other hotel here to make my stay comfortable AND doing so without charging additional fees. Did i mention affordable....Sure i've read some of the other reviews and sure its not a perfect place for some but if you are like me and like a quiet place (except for the Mosques chanting but thats everywhere) and low key base of operations, then this is the place for you! Ill be back here....

However, the silver lining emerged during my second stay, transforming my perception. The staff at Citadines Gatot Subroto proved to be the game-changer. During my second visit, their responsiveness and helpfulness were outstanding. This positive shift significantly contributed to the improvement in my overall experience. A delightful surprise awaited me as my room was upgraded to the next category, providing a more spacious environment. The room itself was equipped with functional facilities, including a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and more. This thoughtful inclusion enhanced the convenience and comfort of my stay. In summary, Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta has undergone a positive transformation. While the initial glitches were a setback, the attentive staff and upgraded accommodations during my second stay redeemed the overall experience. As this newly-opened hotel continues to refine its operations, I anticipate even greater things in the future. Recommended for those who value helpful staff and functional amenities in a growing establishment.

Strategic location, clean room, helpful staff, nice hotel after all

For a budget hotel that we hope is to be able to rest well so that the next day we can be fresh and do our activities. In this hotel the room is clean and comfortable, I can rest well, can have breakfast too, there is one thing that I suggest if you may have a brighter bathroom light, because the bathroom is for cleaning the body, shaving and others. Coincidentally after checking out and have been somewhere else, my wife's wallet was left behind and we contacted the hotel to look in our room, and it turned out to be completely left behind. thank you for help, honesty and cooperation so that the wallet can be back in good condition and safe thank you the staff are kind and friendly.

the hotel looks so fine. i like the smell of the room, bed cover and towels, but the AC kinda old and it takes time to make the room cool. the bfast is good.
