The only word I can use about here is ”Superb” -we had a bad experience at Grand Tropic so checked out after 15 minutes -then came here -yes a bit expensive but worth every penny/cent -Lady on reception -sorry dont remember her name was superb -apartment really just great -was six or seven of us -apart from me all Indonesian-I was concerned about no pork etc. as all Muslim -no problem at breakfast the Restaurant Manager just a great guy -yes we waited a bit as was busy but first day 6 then seven second day totally acceptable -but he really went out of his way to make us happy -I have lived in Asia 18 years just dont eat rice much -but asked for 'nasi Goreng” for my friends -and ended eating myself was great superb taste -kudos to Chef -but Restaurant Manager and team were just superb -Restaurant Manager -just knows how to deal with foreigners and Indonesians in a seamless fashion -=wont mention his name -you find out!

I like this room with its own kitchen. I stayed for four or five days. I can put the fruits I bought in the refrigerator and then I can simply cook. There is a supermarket downstairs. On the third day, I went back and went back halfway, and the staff was cleaning. My mother, I need three people to clean together, one bathroom, one bedroom, one living room and kitchen.

I stayed for five days on a business trip. The room is big enough and the location is suitable. It's not too far to go anywhere by taxi. The service response is also fast, and the ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. Good breakfast options The spa is very recommended, there is a discount for going there during the day, and it is not too expensive in the hotel.

Outstanding service from the Front Desk Teams. Room was nice w/ amazing view from 10th floor. Rooftop was spacious area w/ Pool & Gym. Place is near to Citos & PIM Mall. Kuddos loves Mall. Breakfast was amazing & the food was very nice. Thank you for the service Mr soleh & Mas Raka. Definitely recommend for family & business trip.

The location of the hotel is very good, and there are many shops around it. However, the facilities are old, the Wifi is very poor, and the connection is basically unavailable. It is very hot in the corridor. I only stayed for one night and I didn’t want to stay there anymore.

haven't been to this hotel for a long time,only now have time to come back.this hotel has a change,now it's better with modern design.the rooms are also neat and clean but if you can add a head pillow. his breakfast was also very memorable,warmly welcomed and offered coffee/tea + helped to pick up by dela.many memorable little things,will come back to this hotel in the future. The hotel building is also if it can be repaired so that it will not feel old.

I quarantined here with my friends from February 2nd to February 6th. I understand this hotel is very cheap (even for Indonesian standards, I guess), but I did not appreciate finding hair everywhere from others in both my bed and in the bathroom. The walls had, what appeared to be water damage/mold. The toilet seat was old and disgusting as well. Now, I may be a bit bacteria freaked but I'd say that this was a definite low. I understand Indonesia has been heavily affected by the pandemic, but you'd assume running a ”quarantine-hotel” would bring in some kind of revenue to at least clean the rooms properly. In comparison to other quarantine hotels, this is cheaper than most. Still would argue the bare minimum of cleanliness is expected regardless of how cheap it is.

Beautiful hotel with its greenery and winding pools. Location is excellent along a not too busy street. The reception was attentive to our needs. Assisted us when I needed medical care, there is a hospital nearby. They kindly extended our check out time as our flight was in the evening. Breakfast spread was excellent and so was the in room service. Thank you.
