Hotel could not provide a room in a non-smoking floor over any of the 4 nights stay. The room smells badly of cigeratte smoke, especially when the airconditioner is switch off. Window cannot be opened for airing and corridor smells even worse of cigeratte smoke. Room aircon thermostat is probably not working and temperature can drop below 18C. Only way was to switch off the airconditioner but then the cigeratte smell gets extremely bad. I did not have any good sleep during the entire stay. Sad to see a Accor hotel so badly managed and maintain.

It's just so-so, expensive, not very clean, and the air conditioner is terrible. At first I couldn't swipe the room card, so I went down to ask the service staff to come and change rooms. I waited for more than 10 minutes. It was so hot. Asked to check out at 12 o'clock.

Perfect place for visiting JIEXPO as it is 5mins walking to the hall and taking about 45mins from airport. Nothing much around the street but including food Centre nearby the expo and Starbuck at front door. Overall is beyond expectations, excellent and recommended to be a guest.

Stayed here while being ill to isolate from family members. the star of this hotel is definitely the staff. from very friendly and supporting receptionists which help you day and night with all the things you might need or ask for to the amazing housekeeping. Budi randha (housekeeper) in particular made this stay so comfortable as he prepared the room quickly, super clean and organized while still leaving a smile on our face with artistic towel figures everyday. In a 1 week isolation with just my BF and I this was a very welcome surprise.

Everything is okeeee.. it's just a pity that from the beginning, I didn't get the information that the booking through this application couldn't get Amethyst or toothbrush soap supplies etc. When I asked, I was explained and actually able to pay Amethyst 10.000 for 2 people if you listen to it. I just wanted to check out the next day, if I was in the information from the beginning I would have chosen 10.000 to the Amethyst.

I have stayed in this hotel couple of time already, i love the simplicity of the room design, yet clean and comfy ambience. check in and out is easy. i stay at 207 and 309 i manage to have great sleep, they forgot to setup tumbler at 309 and you might need to have a look at the quality of the towels, it start to torn out. Overall i enjoy my stay and love to return. Thank you and good job!
