The most wonderful vacation! Luxury all the way and SERVICE that you won’t find anywhere else. We were taken to our own private dock by boat upon arrival. The night receptions was not very helpful, when we checked in, our key card had a problem getting into the lift so we couldn't go up. Then he used his master card to access the upper floors. We asked him how we would get into the room if our key card didn't work? He said, it's just a problem with the lift key card not the room, even though it's on the lift access but we need the access renewed. When we arrived at the door, the card could not open the door. We had go to lobby again to get a new room key card. There was no apology from the reception staff at that time.

Staying at Superior Room. Room is compact but clean and comfy. TV needs to be upgraded as the quality of visual is bad (statics). I had to ask for bathroom mat. They didn't provide it. Cool way to serve water, by dispenser in the hallway. Staff were helpful and quick. Thanks a lot!

Booked this hotel for Bekasi Marathon event at Stadium Patriot, it was a walking distance to the stadium only 10 mins. Everything was alright, AC, TV, and Wi-Fi were working well. For my room type, I got Netflix which can be easily connected through your Netflix account.

The hotel condition is fine, rooms are not so big (but enough) with minimalist design. The downside is the tube-bathroom…I really hate it. Too small and the material (it’s made from resin I guess) somehow doesn’t make me comfortable. Also the shampoo and conditioner dispenser needs to be pushed quote hardly. Staffs are friendly. BUT the SOP for pandemics situation is quite loose. When I checked-in, other guest come to the the desk (from other side) not wearing the mask properly (he used it ON THE CHIN). Tried to remind him, he didn’t care. I was disappointed that the reception didn’t anything and still served him as if it very commonly happens. Also found guests smoking and chatting (of course no mask on) at the outdoor restaurant with no social distancing (I can tell they weren’t families). So in conclusion: hotel is fine, strategic location and worth the price yet if u worry abt covid19, don’t stay here.

Budget hotel with a very strategic location in Bekasi, passing by public transport a few trucks to Jakarta, adjacent to Mc Donald and Burger King stores, close to Indomaret minimarket. Standard but a bit dirty (not like hotel 88 in surabaya), unfortunately I got a room that was smoking so it smells bad, although in traveloka reservation clearly says no smoking room. Bathroom accessories are quite complete, do not get drinks in a container bowl, but there is a gallon drinking water in the corridor. Breakfast is minimal once.

Been here with friends and colleagues. Located at very near by Taman Mini Indonesia Indah and surrounded by some popular foods tenants and minimarket. Spacious room and furniture has been refurbished but still using the old chair so it doesn’t match. Limited variety of foods at breakfast, the taste and quality also so so. Need some improvement at public areas since this is old hotel and needs maintenance and more attention to details. Another thing was dark parking area at night and very limited security guart at the area . Thank you Santika Taman Mini.. Will comeback to this hotel oneday!
