This place was very strategic because near from Blok M Plaza, MRT, bus station, and Transjakarta. It is so easy to find place for eat because there is many culinary near from it. Like many kind of food street, cafe, and minimart. I like the breakfast because eventhough this place doesn't like star hotel but they serve food with a good tastes. The staffs are really nice too with us and fast response. The room is clean and comfort, and there is just two floor. I really recommend this place for whom want to staycation around Blok M.

Pluses: - The Manager himself greeted me upon check-in, he was nice. Basically all the staffs were nice and friendly. - Location was great, close to Pasar Mayestik where you can find food and minimarkets Minuses: - Unclean bed linens and pillow cases - TV channels were limited - Wi-Fi was quite slow - Thin walls, you can easily hear people talking in the corridors - No filter for windows (only curtain) so if you want to get sunlight you'll have the risk of being seen by neighbors

I went there with a friend last weekend. The hotel is walking distance from Blok M plaza mall. The location is probably the only good thing about this little hotel. Near foods area, malls and bus stations or MRT station. But the hotel itself is not too comfortable, not even for one night. I've seen same price hotel that are cleaner and more comfortable. The lobby is so small and mixed with the eating area. The bedroom is almost as big as the bathroom. The shower curtain was missing. But there are soap and shampoo available, as well as free towels, toothbrushes, toothpastes and sandals. There's no good view from the bedroom. The shower door is kinda broken so cannot be closed entirely. Would cause a smell problem around the bedroom when someone is taking a dump in the toilet lol. There are 2 electricity sockets. One on the table and one other on one of the bedside. TV only broadcast local channels. There's a small cupboard to hang clothes. And small table. AC works well. The water heater has to be waited for around 10 minutes before starting to get hot.

Great location in the heart of Panglima Polim, Kebayoran Baru. Great and safe system to enter our pod. Double pods are my favorite, they are big enough, comfortable, and the air con is cooler than i think.
The pods are futuristic that we can set our favorite lighting color. A bit disappointed for the toilet that sometimes i a bit dirty but it’s still acceptable for me.

On the 2nd night, the hotel changed the bed sheet and now it's super clean. The club staff are extraordinary, they made sure my daughter that has many allergies is able to enjoy the good food. Thanks for Ms. Aksha, Mr. Emyr, Mr. Aksay, Chef Doddy, Ms. Wenny, Ms. Theresia and others for exceeding our expectations.
After the incident of an unforeseen event next to the hotel causing the noise till 12am on the first night, the guest relation Ms. Salsa checked us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.
The breakfast in Anigre is superb. Many options with various local excellent dishes, from yellow rice with complete condiments, sweet and savory cooked to order, various noodles with local soup taste. The breakfast at the lounge is more international high quality dishes. Both are great and we are glad to get the chance to try both options.
The Gandaria City mall is one of the most complete malls with various excellent restaurant options.
The only opportunity is that we are expecting a sofa bed as advertised by Trip.com for a large king room. Trip.com needs to make sure the accuracy of the room has possible variation.
In conclusion I will definitely come back to this hotel

GGuest UserWe visited this hotel 2 weeks ago, receptionist greeted us with smile, booking process only need several minutes, there is comfortable lobby for waiting and very wide pool. We booked suite room because its the biggest room for us to take maternity photo and there is bathup with nice night city view. BBQ night dinner taste was awesome with butter rice, various fresh fish, sirloin corner, salad bar and lot of desserts. Breakfast taste is good and mostly indonesia traditional food, you should try their porridge. Dental kit using great quality with branded toothpaste. Checkout process very fast and after that we go to pasar baru with 3 minutes walk. Special thanks for receptionist staff and restaurant staff for your friendly services. We definitely will be back if there is chance.

The room smells badly of cigeratte smoke, especially when the airconditioner is switch off. Window cannot be opened for airing and corridor smells even worse of cigeratte smoke.
Room aircon thermostat is probably not working and temperature can drop below 18C. Only way was to switch off the airconditioner but then the cigeratte smell gets extremely bad.
I did not have any good sleep during the entire stay.
Sad to see a Accor hotel so badly managed and maintain.

GGuest UserService was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

MMattSchmattLocation very good and easy access to services, food & beverages. Breakfast has a huge range of options both local, Asian and Western but would be nice with a basic self service coffee and juice bar also. Staff overall nice and helpful. GGuest UserStayed in their most basic room with one king bed. The hotel has Japanese theme and feels into it. Checkin was fast, receptionist only let me enter the room after around 1pm / 2pm, while i came at 12pm, they gave me welcome drink voucher which is redeemable for orange juice at their resto / bar on 8th floor. The room is compact, but has everything in it such as small fridge, electric kettle, TV with international channel, very good aircon, slippers and etc. The bed is a bit soft to my preference, but still gave a very good sleep. Linen and blanket was clean. Bathroom is really similar to typical japanese hotel, with fullsize bathtub, heated toilet seat with all bidet buttons you usually find in Japan. amenities are complete. However, often the bathroom has foul smell. Breakfast Buffet was okay for its price, some breads, rice, noodle, stir fry chicken and etc. nothing taste extraordinary, but i do like the Japanese curry. i didnt get the chance to visit the onsen (the only hotel in Jakarta with Onsen perhaps?). overall i love the hotel as it offer good value, however they need to improve their sewage system and some corner need to be cleaned thoroughly.

MMichael FintanMet some Indonesian friends there for the weekend -tried to check in at 1.30pm but got a lecture from receptionist on check in time being 2pm-finally got 2 bed apartment after 2.30pm-so much for her lecture! Suite on high floor 3508? very nice-spacious and clean -kitchen fully equipped -bedding etc. very good-towels old and worn though -views great -tv stations great -tried to open the balcony but my Indonesian friends were told 250000 deposit -not sure what happened but balcony was never opened-resulted in when I used oven the fire alarm went off and security had to come anyhow. Breakfast great variety but quality so so -croissants were stale both days I had breakfast and some other food a bit dodgy ( omelettes cooked well in advance instead of to order) but restaurant was well ordered easy to get a table etc. Had issue last day where I as main key holder had to come down to sort issue with two extra breakfasts ( had not planned to have breakfast and my Indonesian friends had to wait at the door)-not sure why when reception had deposit -but was sorted out. That said all the staff we met were great -even the receptionist on check in and everyone really . Nice place overall -shopping mall across the street Plaza Semangi looks closed but there is a supermarket in the basement which is quite good -Pacific Place mall about 15 minutes walk across the footbridge on main road-but taxis easy to find and two small convenience stores in Hotel complex. Will I stay again -if my self yes -but my Indonesian friends were not impressed with being held at the restaurant door like criminals-even though issue was resolved left a bad taste in their mouths. We usually stay in city center NYE and this was atrial run-we will look elsewhere.
