Love the 2 bedroom suite big and spacious. Kids loved it. Pool was just a small stretch of lap pool and one corner kids pool. Had the pool to ourselves as there we very little guests around. Kids room were only meant for toddlers. In all, only good for families with little children. Not much entertainment around the area for bigger kids. Breakfast spread was disappointing, not as great as commonly in 5star hotels. Can be better. Nearby malls like Kuningan and Lotte is only 10mins away.. However the drive there with many u-turns and traffic would take u 20-30mins to reach.

The best about this hotel is everything!! Just next to 2 big shopping center, walkable distance to subway, good restaurants and near night market ( discover one of the best ayam penyet ) The family room is huge! 2 bedrooms separated by a large living and diring room. Hospitality and service is fantastic! Lots of pros and no cons..can't think of any negative at all! A very good choice hotel to stay in Jakarta.

Clean hotel with good ambience just across TIM. A bit surprised to know that it is a Syariah kind of hotel, as it doesn't announced anywhere... it is fine tho...

The sea view is very good and great value for money. I will stay here next time. It is surrounded by villas and you can take a walk at night. It is difficult to find a place to walk at night in Jakarta. There are many cars in the city and it is unsafe. It is suitable for permanent stay here. You can do nannying. meal

The hotel is comfortable, clean, fragrant, the parking lot is also spacious, thank you, it makes me feel at home to stay here again

I really enjoyed staying here! The staff are so friendly! It is in a lovely neighbourhood close to restaurants and the train station is a quick walk away! The main square you can walk too as well if you like walking. I felt safe here as a solo female traveler. Internet was good to do some work and it was quiet at night time. I don’t know what it was but The sachets of shampoo provided made my hair feel so good 😂💕

A delightful stay at Somerset Grand Citra Hotel. Located nearby Lotte Mall Jakarta, there was plenty to do and lots of street food to try out as well. Rooms were massive and filled with lots of amenities. Go for the renovated rooms, it’s well worth the upgrade. Would highly recommend!!
