Checking in and out was easy and staff was friendly. Room is large, bed is comfy and bathroom is fully equipped with hot water. Breakfast was below par and I wasn't expecting such poor choice of food for a Novotel hotel. Proximate to Glodok, Jakarta's Chinatown, which is around 10 minutes walk. Travel to other parts of Jakarta is easy but be prepared for the traffic jams.

I stayed at Hotel Luminor Kota for a week and did not want to leave!!!! I have many dietary restrictions and Fatah went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of at every meal. Not only was the service exceptional but the food was out of this world!! Kezia and Anto were also so sweet and made me feel at home. This hotel has everything you could ever want from incredible food, daily housekeeping, hot and cold drinkable water, comfy bed, and the most amazing staff. I cannot remember the last time I received customer service like this. I am already counting down the days until I can come back! Thank you to the incredibly hard working staff at Luminor Hotel Kota!

Nice place I visited this place two times 2015 alone and 2016 with my brother I stayed here for are 4 to 5 days.. The best thing is all the hot spots were near... 2 times at here, and there is always great, the hotel was really good. the hotel clean, fast check in and the room was comfortable, and breakfast have many variety in wetern, indonesian and chinese (the dimsum is very delicious) friendly and honest staff, central located, minor things are the bulding is old. Anyway its nice experience in the hotel, good job Mercure Kota !

I have stayed at several hotels around Mangabusaru, which is full of restaurants until midnight, but all of them have high cospa and are good here. ＝ GOOD ＝ 10 minutes walk to Mangabusaru station, somehow convenient near Lokasari Plaza The building is clean, the room and shower room are clean and equipped with amenities. The shower always has plenty of hot water. The room is very large at this price, but the room is very large, but the pool is nice.
