Assisted us when I needed medical care, there is a hospital nearby. They kindly extended our check out time as our flight was in the evening. He is highly professional, sensitive and meticulous in his job. One day I wanted to light candle to GOD. I didn't have a matchbox. He gave me a lighter. I didn't know how to use it. This is my first time stayed at this hotel. This hotel is very famous around year 1980-1990. The hotel located at the center of menteng area which is luxury area in central Jakarta. The staff that I met is very nice and warm. The room is very cozy and comfort completed with bathtub in bathroom but unfortunately the lighting in the room is very inadequate. The breakfast menu in this hotel are very limited, even if you want an egg you have to order with extra charge. The taste was very average. You only have 2 choose breakfast with bread and Jam or breakfast with rice or porridge.

Great location. The hotel is currently under renovation, so one restaurant is down and the other is quite small. The best thing about this hotel is the variety in breakfast options. Other than that, the bed and pillows are quite firm, too firm for my liking. The rooms are old and could need a proper deep cleaning. The couch and bench were full of stains and quite dirty. Wifi worked well, and the hotel Had plenty of restaurants nearby.

I stayed here for quarantine in a total of 7 days. At the airport my escort was very nice and hospitable. He got me a taxi and answered all my questions. At the hotel I was able to WhatsApp chat Hera at the front desk, she took care of all of my needs. Room service was handy but I had received so much food during my stay that I only used room service for cafe lattes. Dhian was also very nice and hospitable. He got me a taxi back to the airport before I flew to Bali. I ended up leaving behind AirPods and sunglasses and they had arranged to ship them to my address in Bali. Completely amazing! Thank you Hera!! All in all it was a great stay.
