Great value great location great price. This was our first time staying in the hotel and from arrival until departure, our stay was made extremely comfortable by all staff. The receptionist kindly provided several room shows prior to us deciding on the big suite (unsure room name). It was very spacey and the couch folded out into a small bed for our two children. The suite was very clean and air-conditioning worked well. There was ample space in the cupboards to accomodate our clothes and various travel goods. Cleaners did a great job of cleaning our room each day too. The room had a great view of Depok city and the swimming pool below. The hotel occupies the top few levels of the apartment complex, whilst locals resided in the rest. Elevator access to the hotel is seperated from the residential access with security on ground floor to ensure only guests enter. We loved the breakfast buffet. A large assortment if traditional dishes with western dishes too. Unfortunately I do not know the names of the local dishes but I can attest they were all great. The hotel manager was very friendly and constantly did the rounds in the morning chatting with various guests. A big surprise was that the hotel manager whom we came quite friendly with, discovered it was my wife's birthday during our stay, and on her birthday organised a birthday cake and several staff to sing happy birthday when we came down for breakfast. A very very nice touch. The hotel pool was great. No luxury resort style pool, but a simple pool that was fine for the price of the hotel. Although they advertise a gym. It is only two walking machines. A great advantage of the hotel is that it is connected to a local shopping mall with an abundance of great restaurants and a big supermarket downstairs. It is also centrally located on the main road in Depok, but high enough not to hear any traffic or noise.

Went here on Sunday during 2nd wave pandemic due to business matter, all of the service are ensuring great health protocol. I judged hotel based on their bathroom firstly and it wasnt disappointing. Great and recommended. Kudos to Mr. Anto for his service as a front desk as well.

Very happy to stay there. Staff was helpful. The room is clean, WIFI and AC works great. One thing tho, the TV is not smart yet, so no Netflix etc. But overall not bad at all.

GGuest UserWe visited this hotel 2 weeks ago, receptionist greeted us with smile, booking process only need several minutes, there is comfortable lobby for waiting and very wide pool. We booked suite room because its the biggest room for us to take maternity photo and there is bathup with nice night city view. BBQ night dinner taste was awesome with butter rice, various fresh fish, sirloin corner, salad bar and lot of desserts. Breakfast taste is good and mostly indonesia traditional food, you should try their porridge. Dental kit using great quality with branded toothpaste. Checkout process very fast and after that we go to pasar baru with 3 minutes walk. Special thanks for receptionist staff and restaurant staff for your friendly services. We definitely will be back if there is chance.

The room smells badly of cigeratte smoke, especially when the airconditioner is switch off. Window cannot be opened for airing and corridor smells even worse of cigeratte smoke.
Room aircon thermostat is probably not working and temperature can drop below 18C. Only way was to switch off the airconditioner but then the cigeratte smell gets extremely bad.
I did not have any good sleep during the entire stay.
Sad to see a Accor hotel so badly managed and maintain.

GGuest UserService was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

AARYASENNAI recently had the pleasure of staying at Aston Priority Simatupang during my visit to Jakarta, and I must say, it was a delightful experience overall. Located in the vibrant Simatupang business district, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and amenities.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. The lobby exuded an elegant ambiance with its modern decor and tasteful furnishings. The hotel's attention to detail was evident from the moment I stepped foot inside.
The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment despite the bustling city outside. Breakfast has a huge range of options both local, Asian and Western but would be nice with a basic self service coffee and juice bar also. Staff overall nice and helpful. GGuest UserStayed in their most basic room with one king bed. The hotel has Japanese theme and feels into it. Checkin was fast, receptionist only let me enter the room after around 1pm / 2pm, while i came at 12pm, they gave me welcome drink voucher which is redeemable for orange juice at their resto / bar on 8th floor. The room is compact, but has everything in it such as small fridge, electric kettle, TV with international channel, very good aircon, slippers and etc. The bed is a bit soft to my preference, but still gave a very good sleep. Linen and blanket was clean. Bathroom is really similar to typical japanese hotel, with fullsize bathtub, heated toilet seat with all bidet buttons you usually find in Japan. amenities are complete. However, often the bathroom has foul smell. Breakfast Buffet was okay for its price, some breads, rice, noodle, stir fry chicken and etc. nothing taste extraordinary, but i do like the Japanese curry. i didnt get the chance to visit the onsen (the only hotel in Jakarta with Onsen perhaps?). overall i love the hotel as it offer good value, however they need to improve their sewage system and some corner need to be cleaned thoroughly.

MMichael FintanMet some Indonesian friends there for the weekend -tried to check in at 1.30pm but got a lecture from receptionist on check in time being 2pm-finally got 2 bed apartment after 2.30pm-so much for her lecture! Suite on high floor 3508? very nice-spacious and clean -kitchen fully equipped -bedding etc. very good-towels old and worn though -views great -tv stations great -tried to open the balcony but my Indonesian friends were told 250000 deposit -not sure what happened but balcony was never opened-resulted in when I used oven the fire alarm went off and security had to come anyhow. Breakfast great variety but quality so so -croissants were stale both days I had breakfast and some other food a bit dodgy ( omelettes cooked well in advance instead of to order) but restaurant was well ordered easy to get a table etc. Had issue last day where I as main key holder had to come down to sort issue with two extra breakfasts ( had not planned to have breakfast and my Indonesian friends had to wait at the door)-not sure why when reception had deposit -but was sorted out. That said all the staff we met were great -even the receptionist on check in and everyone really . Nice place overall -shopping mall across the street Plaza Semangi looks closed but there is a supermarket in the basement which is quite good -Pacific Place mall about 15 minutes walk across the footbridge on main road-but taxis easy to find and two small convenience stores in Hotel complex. Will I stay again -if my self yes -but my Indonesian friends were not impressed with being held at the restaurant door like criminals-even though issue was resolved left a bad taste in their mouths. We usually stay in city center NYE and this was atrial run-we will look elsewhere.
