Guest services are nice and polite. Gotta give credits to the lady at the front desk, I didn’t get her name. But she has a long hair and wore specs. Always serving the guest with a smile! :) The room were clean and have all the necessary things that is needed. But wish that they have 2 pillows on the bed instead of 1, and the room slippers only 1 in each room but we had 4 people in the room. Another downside is the location, there’s always flood when it’s raining. So a little hard to travel back with grab because they will have to go another way and unable to order food cause no riders would want to take :’) Other than that, everything is good. Would stay there again in the future.

2nd time staying here in this oasis with checkin lobby on Sky Lobby level (press SL button in the lift). Again, got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite without requesting for an upgrade. Love the coffee machine as I need my espresso shot every morning. Service staff are smiley & polite, not trying too hard to please like some other hotels by chattering with you, so you get a lot of privacy, good for introvert like me haha. Surrounding areas are not conducive for taking a walk outside. No adjoining mall but getting grabcar is cheap & fast to go to nearby malls & restaurants (recommend Indonesian restaurant The Acre in Menteng & Semesta on level 2 of Ashta District 8 mall). Actually no adjoining mall greatly improves the tranquility & security of the hotel. In summary, value for money for a new, peaceful & quiet 5-star hotel with big rooms, smart TV, coffee machine, washing machine, toilet seat with built-in turnknob bidet spray, & tight security.

Great location with it being near a small mall as well. Facilities were great, room was clean and comfortable. Nice view too of the skyline. Staffs were super friendly as well, certainly worth the price and would recommend the stay :)

Great experiences, clean, friendly staff and tasty food just like my own apartement. Really great experience stay here. The most important is photo real 100% with the real room, so lovee.

Breakfast good. The swimming pool can be used until late at night, and there is live music in the evenings, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. The room was very clean. Overall, everything about this hotel was great, Thanks

Made a last minute booking at Miers Hotel, Kuningan. Checked-in at 5pm was smooth and fuss-free. No queues or other visitor. Reception staff was polite but did not give any introduction to the hotel facilities. Did some Paperwork and given my room key. Room condition was good, doesnt have any bad odour and looks pretty clean. Definitely gave bali vibes with the dark wood furnitures. Toilets come with a working bidet spray, and decent amenities like toothbrush, cotton buds etc. Hot water works as well, and water pressure is good. Aircon works well, in fact it was extremely cold at 22 degrees. Had to turn if off to warm up the room alittle. Downside about the hotel, is it located quite a distance from the main road. Able to walk or take a quick bike ride in. The room isnt sound proof. Stayed on the 3rd floor and every night i heard chairs moving from the restaurant above, as well as door creaking sound from opposite/ next door. If you’re a light sleeper, please request a quiet room. Housekeeping did a nice job tidying up the room, but found out they did not replace my towels on the first day, instead they folded my damp towels and placed it nicely on the bed. The following day, it was replaced with fresh towels.

The hotel facilities are a bit dated. I'm a repeat guest, but this stay was quite disappointing. I specifically booked a king bed, but I was assigned a standard room instead. They claimed the hotel was fully booked. While they did offer some complimentary fruit upon check-in as a goodwill gesture, it wasn't what I needed.

Pros: Excellent service from all staff, always smiling and ready to help. Location is just across the road to St Regis hotel, where I attended a wedding.  Cons: Found dust bunnies on several occasions during my 3-night stay. No face towel.Had to request for hand towel and hairdryer, which were provided promptly. Breakfast was lacking in choice and taste. You are better off trying the nearby cafes or food delivery services. Tip: For those who prefer convenience, food delivery services (I used Grab Food) was a time saver. Used it too to get food to pack back as souvenirs for flight home.

I stayed for 2 days in this hotel. They claim as 5-stars, however I feel like 4-stars hotel might be better in term of services. Upon arrival, the room was not ready and I was offered free upgrade. However the room for non-smoking is not available. As I tried to enter the smoking room, the smell was so awful, so I insisted to change to non-smoking room. They can find new room—said it was upgraded from previous one, but I can’t find the difference (only the floor level is higher). The next day I tried their fitness facilities. Gym room is ok, though the equipment feels old. The only problem is their pool. The water was a bit dirty and it’s so crowded unless you swim at 6 AM. Other than that, overall is ok.

Overall had a very disappointing experience celebrating our anniversary here. We stayed over one night. we had.Had a lovely surprise in the room with anniversary wishes and a lovely cake.The room itself was large and beautiful with wonderful views of the city. The hotel itself is stunning with lovely artwork and decor. Swimming pool was beautiful and loved the jacuzzi. A little cold in the pool most of the time as the buildings cover the sun. Fantastic gym! We went for drinks to their bar at 2pm and they didn't offer us the alcohol menu. When we specifically asked for it and then asked for signature drinks from it, we were told it wasn't available as the mixologist wasn't there and would be in at 4pm. We went again for pre dinner drinks, listened to lovely live music and again the signature drink I wanted wasn't available! Asked for a simple margherita and they charged us a price that was more than their signature drink prices! Many of the drinks like the beers on the menu was not available. Bar food was bland and mediocre. Was disappointing. Went out for an early dinner and came back to the hotel. Both of us felt very hungry at about 11.30pm and ordered the only meat pizza they had on their in room dining 24/7 menu and they tell me 15mins later that the pizza is not available! When we checked out, we weren't even asked how our stay was ..guess they didn't want any feedback or cared enough to know if we enjoyed our stay or not. We have been to Raffles in other countries and by far this was the most disappointing experience. Overall felt more like a business hotel
