Hotels Near Cosmo Terrace in Jakarta

The location is great, two steps is a big shopping mall, it is very convenient to buy anything. Grand Indonesia can be said to be the Jakarta Universe Center, which is convenient everywhere. The hotel looked very ruined on a street full of small business hawkers, but the experience was good after entering. It belongs to eating and selling. The inside is very simple, to meet the basic travel needs of sleeping. The service attitude is very good. The first day of the stay is normal. When I checked in, the road was a bit noisy. I changed it when I was not talking. I found a lamp outside the window and shot it directly into my eyes, reflecting the next day. Up. On the first day, I felt that the sheets were not clean, and the next day was much better. I was planning to rent a day, and I continued to go every day, and I stayed for a few days without knowing it.

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Staff excellent. Breakfast food spread excellent. Sleep quality excellent. Cleanliness excellent. For business visit stays it is paradoxical. Place is nearer to office district but within the room there is hardly any place to sit and work. No place to keep your suitcases! The room is cosy but too small for free movement. If not for these I would have gladly given 5 star ratings to all aspects of this facility.

Nice stay here. Start from the Hotel Consept. 50:50 between Industrial or Vintage? Hehehe. The room was clean, bathroom still OK. Affordable price and excellent service will bring me back to Ana Hotel. Oh and 1 thing.... 5 mins walking to Grand Indonesia! Another plus value for this hotel. Second time staying at yellow bee 🐝 It's always a hassle free check-in and convenient stay. Thank you for Mas Ichsan for helping me during the check-in process, he was super helpful and informative and definitely friendly. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. The place is located in the center of the city so it is easy to get around.

Location very good and easy access to services, food & beverages. Breakfast has a huge range of options both local, Asian and Western but would be nice with a basic self service coffee and juice bar also. Staff overall nice and helpful. Rooms are a bit worn and rather small given the price though seems most other options in the area are also very expensive.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious bedding to the well-equipped gym and spa facilities. The hotel's dining options were exceptional, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Overall, my experience at hotel was nothing short of excellent, and I can't wait to return for another stay.Thank you so much

The hotel entrance smelled very nice. However it didn’t reflect to the room. The room looked old and tired. It didn’t have any towels in the bathroom. I needed to call teice to have them provided. Location is very central. Close to culinary spots, to Sarinah and Tanah Abang fashion market. One thing to highlight was the reception staffs. They were very friendly!

Even after the pandemic, Le Meridien is still one of the best 5 stars hotel that I value with an excellent rating. It's been always a pleasure to organise meetings and events here. Some of the rooms haven't been renovated yet, but still well-maintained. The buffeett is GREAT. The new look of the lobby is nice, and appreciate the GM who always near around the customers. THANK YOU for the hospitality and utmost job of the sales team (Mrs. Okta and Ms. Inggar), event team (Mr. Oka and Mr. Dewa), banquet team (Mr. Septian), FO team (Mr. Dean) and F&B team. Can't wait to have another stays and events at the Le Meridien!
