A hotel is in very good location, waking distance to shopping mall and restaurants, breakfast was perfect and staffs are amazing, they decorated our room and sang birthday song for my daughter. Stayed here for a friend wedding. Booking through Trip.com. Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room). Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved. For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there. breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

The hotel is located in the most strategic location of your aim to stay in the Kemang area South of Jakarta. Also this hotel is a very vibrant hang out place for many young people especially on weekends, which is why you should not choose it if you’re looking for peaceful sleep at night . The rooms are generally clean and provided with minimal amenities. Two big towels in each room but hand towels you need to ask otherwise they will not give you . Walls are in generally also too thin so you may have a chance to hear things that are happening next door or above your room ! My biggest problem with this Hotel is that the shower doesn’t really have Hot Water . It’s just little little bit warm and you have to turn off the Aircon in your room to avoid catch cold during and after shower . Their breakfast is excellent, the Nasi Goreng is famously known to be so delicious. I would still choose to stay here if it’s a short stay of 2 days but will not choose if it’s longer than that .

The only word I can use about here is ”Superb” -we had a bad experience at Grand Tropic so checked out after 15 minutes -then came here -yes a bit expensive but worth every penny/cent -Lady on reception -sorry dont remember her name was superb -apartment really just great -was six or seven of us -apart from me all Indonesian-I was concerned about no pork etc. as all Muslim -no problem at breakfast the Restaurant Manager just a great guy -yes we waited a bit as was busy but first day 6 then seven second day totally acceptable -but he really went out of his way to make us happy -I have lived in Asia 18 years just dont eat rice much -but asked for 'nasi Goreng” for my friends -and ended eating myself was great superb taste -kudos to Chef -but Restaurant Manager and team were just superb -Restaurant Manager -just knows how to deal with foreigners and Indonesians in a seamless fashion -=wont mention his name -you find out!

I was having great time during my stay at Ayana, the hotel was under renovation a bit but we still be able to enjoy the facilities at the hotel. They upgrade my room to studio suite which much bigger than my orginal booked room. The hotel has heater on the toilet bowl. Thank you Ayana. Just little note for muslim guess that Ayana buffet breakfast serve pork station at the corner of the restaurant, i was not aware until my last day.

Fantastis Hotel ,Clean and Beautiful. Have been here couple of times with family and we love it , specially kids. Very Near to Dufan and other attraction .Delicious Breakfastt but Hotel need to change Menu regularly as we got bore with same menu everyday for a week. We got an upgrade on room , Thanks to front reception team . We shall come back again soon.

The lobby has been renovated and gives a luxurious impression..the check-in process is fast and uncomplicated. The elevator needs to be updated and for the deluxe type it's a shame there's no hair dryer even though other brands at the 4-star level have provided hair dryers in the bathroom. for the room it's clean and has a modern interior..the TV isn't a smart TV yet..the AC can't be set to the temperature but for me it doesn't matter because the room is cool enough and comfortable. the breakfast choices aren't many and the taste is quite okay. The swimming pool is clean but there are very few chairs and there are some broken and loose tiles

A renovated hotel downtown looks nice but has some things that could be improved. Similar to OYO, which has gained popularity in India, Jakarta has also seen a rise in renovation-type hotels. The advantages are clear: good location, updated facilities (though the building beneath the wall is old), and efficient operations. However, soundproofing is poor due to the age of the building. I could hear the sound of a live band playing on the ground floor, even on the 5th floor, and a guest on the 3rd floor complained to the front desk the following day. The air conditioning is also outdated, leaking water from the AC on the 5th-floor corridor. There’s no privacy curtain, just blackout ones, making it hard to let in natural light. There is no car waiting zone in front. Considering the location, facilities, and operations, USD65, including tax, service, and breakfast, is reasonable.

Nice Boutique Hotel with a cozy atmosphere. Rooftop bar is great, between the skyscrapers! Service is very good in this hotel. We were unlucky that our air conditioning started leaking upon arrival and therefore had to move to a smaller room. The breakfast is fine, but don't expect a big choice.

When im check in the room is clean however i found House lizard dead in the room, tha hot water in the bathtub is not working also but the staff was quick for taking action. The room is quite noisy since the room is facing to front side.
