My stay at the Jaisalmer Spa Hotel and Resorts for three nights was nothing short of remarkable, truly making it a standout experience in Jaisalmer. This hotel, with its exceptional service and luxurious amenities, easily earns the title of the best hotel in the area. What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality extended by Mr. ***ish Kumar and his dedicated team, including Surajpal. The warmth and professionalism they exhibited were unparalleled. Additionally, our driver, Mr. Bharat Singh, ensured that our travel experiences around Jaisalmer were comfortable and enjoyable. Blown away! What a resort, and amazing service, they make you feel special. Special shoutout to the Murtaza (Gm I Think), what a gentleman. With him leading the team, obviously they need to be amazing. Also there is a guy who use to be in Security - now a part of Front office, Great fellow - (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) - 2 Suggestions - 1. At the entry there are musicians who welcome you, behind that there is a small garden, you guys really need to put chairs, for them to sit on when there is no one - or make one with a stone slab to stick with the resort style. They have nowhere to sit - what a shame. 2. Food quantity really really really needs to be looked into, its very very small portions, so that is another disaster, Id like the management to look into.. Apart from this its amazing - we will visit again in Dec or Jan!

The property is nice. Yes, they do provide all the facilities of a 5 Star camp. Though they are less staffed as per the peak ongoing season. Lunch and dinner were nice. Morning buffet breakfast could have been better. However, we do understand the fact that it is very difficult to arrange everything in such a remote location. The property is very close to the Sam Sand Dunes. You can get the view of the desert just in front of the camp. What I liked the most about this place was their helpful and polite staff. Each and every staff member was so polite and so humble. The cultural program organised in the evening was too good. We also went for dinner at dunes, the experience was nice however it was a bit expensive. Only the setup cost was 9,000. The setup was nice but were too much for that. The overall experience was good. There is just one suggestion that they can easily accommodate a bathtub in their huge bathroom space. Everything else was good 👍
