Room landline was not working, worst customer service and for cleanliness i would them 0. I don’t recommend to stay but their roof top restaurant food was good.

hotel is within walking distance to jaisalmer fort which will save time and money cons

"I had a wonderful stay at Chirag Haveli in Jaisalmer. The hotel beautifully combines traditional Rajasthani architecture with modern amenities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a cozy and heritage-inspired ambiance. The rooftop dining area provided mesmerizing views of the Jaisalmer Fort, making it a perfect spot for enjoying delicious meals, especially their authentic Rajasthani dishes. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always eager to assist and make my stay comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal—close to major attractions yet tucked away from the city's hustle. If you're looking for a charming and comfortable stay in Jaisalmer, Chirag Haveli is a fantastic choice. I would definitely love to visit again!"

The room was not properly cleaned. There were visible stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture, and the bathroom was not properly sanitized. The linens appeared used and had an unpleasant odor, which made it impossible to feel comfortable.

The linens appeared used and had an unpleasant odor, which made it impossible to feel comfortable. The service was equally disappointing. When i contacted the front desk about the cleanliness issues, the response was slow, and i didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. The staff seemed uninterested in resolving the problems, and it took multiple requests to have someone come to clean the room, which was very frustrating.
